PARTYNEXTDOOR’s existence confuses me. I really don’t know what the appeal of his music is or why he’s as popular as he is. He’s just another lifeless, bland, uncharismatic R&B/trap singer. His music is so unbelievably boring to the point where I forget that I’m listening to an album of his. I just kinda zone out since there’s absolutely nothing that interests me. All of his albums are bad and this one is no exception.
I can’t help but smile while listening to this thing because of how much of meme it is.

Kinda overhyped to me. I definitely prefer this to Alive 1997 but my main problem with this live album is the inclusion of tracks from Human After All, an album I find to be pretty mediocre. Alive 2007 is good, but certainly not one of the best live albums ever in my opinion.
Yoooo this album is so good! Definitely one of the most unique albums in the AnCo discography and one of their best too. It took about 3 listens to fully appreciate this one, but I’m glad I didn’t write it off. It’s so beautiful despite how all over the place it is and Avey delivers some of his best vocal performances ever. I also love the cover art so much for some reason. It just looks tasty, what can I say.
