So this dude is a mix of every 90s/early 00s rapper with some basic new school beats. The focus of this album is everywhere from reminiscing on his past to lusting over some girl at a party to what it means to be a black man in America. Overall, this is the most unoriginal trash I’ve heard in a minute.
Looking back on it I think I over hated it.. I at least enjoy a couple of tracks from TX.

There some really dope individual tracks on this project, but the album is just straight bad.
From the occasional moment where Drake retreats after doing something great to the onslaught of filler and shit songs, this just isn't a solid project and i don't see any way around that. All the great songs are grouped together quite late into the album and it's honestly a struggle not to break concentration on the leadup to them.
There’s a completely pointless interlude right near the end ... read more
