Quadeca’s “I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You” is an improvement from his previous albums in both lyrics and concept. I think Quadeca sells the album’s concept of himself as a ghost who took his own life in a way that feels somewhat relatably human. The production is very immersive on “I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You” to the point where it is used in ways where it sounds like a ghost trying to interact with the world around them.

Slaughter to Prevail keep finding new ways to make a mockery of themselves. It's ridiculous that they think a song with that chorus makes them look cool and tuff.
POV: you're a dancer who doesn't like bananas.
The vast majority of "MY FACE HURTS FROM SMILING" sounds like Lizzo doing the poor man's Megan Thee Stallion or Sexyy Red.
A UK Hip Hop song that has beats, flows, and lyrics this entertainingly tight is rare. The Doechii sample is well used on here.
Lorna Shore follows their typical and tacky deathcore playbook too much on this single
This single from Slaughter To Prevail is one of their worst, and likely has the worst vocals I've heard on a deathcore song
“Frailty” is the debut record from Jane Remover that I enjoy despite thinking it has a consistent flaw. I found some songs to not be doing enough vocally to differentiate themselves from other tracks particularly with their melodies and could’ve had stronger hooks. However, a lot of the instrumental choices I found to be diverse and the electronics used make a lot of these songs feel massive and impactful.
“Homework” by Daft Punk comes across as a the duo still fine tuning their groove and sound. A lot of the songs are either too short to where they don't leave any impact, or too long which make their grooves become repetitive. You also have some electronic sound effects that can be grating to listen to, like on “Rock’n Roll” or “Burnin.’” Despite that, none of the songs on here are bad and even a few of them are great like “Revolution ... read more
The debut EP from Gore. is a really off putting alternative metal experience. I think the vocalist's clean vocals have the potential to be good, but they’re used in really tacky and predictable ways. The worst part about this EP would be its consistently terrible lyrics. “You are a holocaust, made for me” is an actual lyric on the song “Heaven Is Above Me.”
Even as an EP, this was rough to sit through.
A rock album that is this fiery, diverse, and unpredictable is rare.
An album like "Soft Spot" would potentially become very repetitive and weaken its impact the longer it goes on. Honningbarna prevent that by add new elements like electronics as well as structuring the record in a way where the noise rock and post-hardcore coded songs are more spread out rather than together. Making this album feel alive with emotions.
Mannequin P*ssy's "I Got Heaven" features a good crop of tracks especially in the second half of the album. I do feel the more indie coded songs on this album can be a bit instrumentally weak and stereotypical for the genre.
Jeromes Dream continues to showcase why they're one of the hardest and forward thinking screamo bands today
