Great Grandpa - Four of Arrows
88

Menne's voice is INCREDIBLE. I'm completely in awe of the lyricism in this album, even if I don't understand what half of it means. The vocals remind me a lot of Lomelda, in a more indie-rock style and I LOOOVE IT!

- favs : Mono no Aware, Human Condition, Treat Jar, Split Up The Kids

Joji - Nectar
69

I agree with all of the other reviews about this album. When his songs hit, they HIT; but there are a lot of songs that I don't care about as much. Joji is incredibly talented and I'm always looking forward to his new releases - this is still definitely his best album so far.

- favs : Run, Sanctuary, Afterthought

Jeremy Zucker - glisten
85

all the kids are depressed is the song that first got me into werms music and it's still one of his best.
.. i take it back maybe this is my favourite ep of his

- favs : all the kids are depressed, wildfire

Jeremy Zucker - summer,

69

This album is sooo 2017, I can picture exactly where I was listening to this album as a kid. Jeremy Zucker is the type of artist that I will always love listening to. He may not be my favourite artist anymore, but I still love him just as much as always. This album ate

- favs : Keep My Head Afloat, Shut Your Mouth, Heavy

Corner Club - in the rearview mirror
81

This is SO different than their last EP, I love this so much more than I thought I would. The album is very dreamy, I looove the use of both analog and digital instruments. Plus ending with strings and wind instruments will always. ALWAYS! win me over to an album if done right. love this

- favs : when i die, funny colours, whenever you're ready

Conan Gray - Superache
92

This album has my top 3 favourite Conan songs of ALL time, I can't even begin to describe how much I love this album for that reason alone.

- favs : Astronomy!!!!!!!!, People Watching!!!!!!!!!, Memories!!!!!!
love summer child love footnote, love best friend.

Conan Gray - Kid Krow
90

Conan Gray was the first concert I ever bought tickets to go see! It was a bizarre experience for me and made me fall in love with his music so much more than before I had gone. Seeing him go from posting covers on youtube to performing in person??? in front of me??? was insane. I'm still not over it.

- favs : Online Love, The Cut That Always Bleeds, Little League, The Story

Billie Eilish - Happier Than Ever
81

Billie manages to change her sound SO much with every single song release, and yet still maintain so much originality. I'm in LOOVEE with her. uhhhh i mean i love her music.... uhhhh guys please i swear i can explain uhh guys

- favs : Halley's Comet, my future, Happier Than Ever

Billie Eilish - WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?
82

The production in this album compared to her last EP is sooo well done. It was haunting, commanding, and unlike anything I had heard at the time of its release. Her vocals, her lyrics, her performance?????? This was so well done I'm still geeking out over it and it's been years.

- favs : xanny (!!!!! <3 <3), i love you, 8

Origami Angel - Somewhere City
100

I LOVE this album. Easily in my top 10 favourite albums of all time. I can't even form coherent sentences about how much I love it right now. Pat and Ryland are fucking insane. The drums, the guitar, the vocals, the random noises they like to add to their tracks. I love this album.

- favs : Find Your Throne, Skeleton Key, 24 Hr Drive Thru
(tbh. the entire album, there genuinely is not a single skip)

Billie Eilish - dont smile at me
80

I've been a Billie fan since ocean eyes was first released. I am in love with her voice, her lyrics, everything she's ever done. A lot of melodies in this EP remind me of Lorde's earlier work. Ate, chewed, and swallowed.

- favs : ocean eyes, idonwannabeyouanymore, my boy

Peach Pit - Being so Normal
83

An indie pop classic. I have loved this album since its release. There is not a single skip on this album I love love love Neil's voice. His vocals in Hot Knifer are perfect for indie-folk music. He could start dropping music like the oh hellos and I would not be surprised.

- favs : Private Presley, Hot Knifer, Tommy's Party

Joji - BALLADS 1
55

I am a really big fan of Shoegaze / Lofi albums, but this left me wanting a lot more from him. I think he's capable of better lyrically & melody-wise! (sorry)

- favs : come thru, no fun, slow dancing in the dark

Big Thief - Masterpiece
83

i love big thief.

- favs : Velvet Ring, Real Love, Vegas

Chloe Ament - Broken Bodies, Broken Hearts
80

Chloe Ament's voice OHH MY GOD ! I'm so excited for any and all future releases of hers. (When this album came out it did embarassingly enough get me to start reading atyd..)

- favs : Until The End, Running To The Edge, Uninvited (some of my favourite songs ever)

Odie Leigh - How Did It Seem To You
84

Begging and pleading for a full-length album.

- favs : Nine Lives is one of my favourite songs of all time. I LOVE Crop Circles

Odie Leigh - The Only Thing Worse Than A Woman Who Lies Is A Girl Who'll Tell Truths
92

Odie Leigh is such an incredible lyricist, this I already knew. But HOLLYY the instruments and production of this EP have improved so much. I love the country twang added in Sheep Song, not enough indie-folk artists really go for it and she full sent it. I love love love her work so much.

- favs : Chutes & Ladders, Double Shift, As Sure As I'm Speaking
