King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - Infest the Rats' Nest
88

It's still a Gizzard Scissors and the Lizzard Reason album but a great thrash metal album too with a cool esthetic and plot

This is one of the hardest things to rate for me. On one hand I love a number of tracks in the ways they envelope me in that heart wrenching, yet heartwarming delivery and lyrics. "Mothers" for example is obviously, if perceiving it literally, has nothing to do with me, but there's something deeping touching about raising or creating something from nothing and than letting it go, knowing that you gave it a lot in the past, but still the very main reason you did that is to let it go ... read more

"Masterpiece of a review. I love how the point comes across only at the very end, while the story is very engaging to read through. The best reviews, are the ones that get you to listen to an album all by themselves. Very good job wtf!"

"I just decided on revisiting this thing a day ago, surprised you dropped this review the same day. I partially agree on the one-noteness of it, something always felt off about Grace, especially initially. But goddamn if it isn't unique as hell in it's quality and the way it's performed. Def my fav album of the 90s after NIN"
