It's ok, but I think I was expecting more from Batiste here as it feels a bit off. Also, the little whoops that are scattered throughout the album distract more than anything, and in truth are annoying rather than beneficial
It's a switch up for sure, but a promising one. Excited to see how they develop this further
Pretty devastating - a completely different album from the previous release this year, but one that is equally as captivating. It's dark, angry, and utterly enthralling!

It's pretty good, but it just feels lacking in areas that mean it doesn't quite punch as hard as I hoped it would. There are some great ideas here, but it doesn't all land for me.
Man, this album could have been absolutely incredible with some better production and a slightly better thought out run of tracks! So much here is stellar, but let down by underwhelming production and some quite jerky moves between tracks. It's definitely got a darker tone than their following album, but certainly has that Mòn sound that I love. Amazing work, just wish it was cooked for longer!
It's ok, but my god it gets SO BORING - it's like listening to your uncle ramble on endlessly and you can't get away from him. It ruins what could have been a relatively decent album!
