Album so good it made me put the second airpod in at work to hear it in stereo
I feel crazy giving out so many 100s in the past few days but I'm on what we in the business call a Peak Streak.
Fav Tracks: The Noonward Race, Dance of the Maya, Vital Transformation
I genuinely think this album stands up with the best of Steely Dan's work. The sounds on this album remind me a lot of Gaucho, which is not surprising considering this album came out only 2 years after Gaucho. It's smooth, clean, and easy to listen to, and I would recommend it to anybody.

Minus three points for not being 3 hours long
(also felt fitting to score them with a prime number)
Fav Track: Yor Zarad
This album started out really strong but over time it started to sound more and more like the same song being repeated over and over. Now it's a pretty good song, so I'm not going to complain that much, but jeez would it kill him to not do the same vocal delivery for every single track? Features are awesome tho.

HAPPY 100TH AOTY REVIEW TO ME!!!
To celebrate I will be reviewing what is probably the defining record of my favorite band of all time, that being A Live One by Phish. Nearly every "What Should I Play to Make People Like Phish?" post on r/Phish usually ends up with A Live One as the top reply, and that's for good reason; it's not typical for a band's "best album" to be a compilation of live recordings, but Phish is not your typical band. For those reading who ... read more
It's incredible how music can sound so classical yet so futuristic simultaneously.
The ending of the title track makes me want to dramatically throw my arms behind me and bask in the universe.
このアルバムのオーラが強すぎて、スマホの中身が全部日本語になってしまって、どうしたらいいのか分からない。

Gorillaz was one of the first projects I ever really fell in love with. While I've more or less moved on to other stuff I like more, this album possibly rekindled the feelings I once had for Gorillaz. For pretty much the entire existence of the group, and especially from Plastic Beach and onwards, one thing you can always count on for a Gorillaz album is an extensive features list. This album's features do not disappoint, and I think all of them add to the album very much. Overall I ... read more
This album is fire. It's extremely theatric and engaging, and the concept is charming though perhaps just a little self-indulgent.
Favorite tracks: I Know You're Hurting, I Hate The Way I Look Today, WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!
There are some falls from grace that you just can't come back from no matter how much you try. While this album lacks any of the wack ideological bullshit that made the two Vultures albums nearly unlistenable, it's hard to listen to a guy fresh off a several year Nazi streak preach about the heavenly father and all the other stuff on this album. He also persists with the same "everybody is out to get me" bullshit as well, showing that he hasn't actually grown past his ... read more
When I saw the avg score I thought to myself "is it really THAT good??" and yeah, it is. This record is super versatile with its production and kept me captivated the whole time. Only thing keeping it from being a complete 100 is the lyrics, which didn't really capture me the way I expected given the whole "Midwest skater" vibe. Nonetheless this is still a near-flawless record and possibly my AOTY, though it's still too early to tell.
