One of those albums that really feels like it justifies its enormous length. The long tracks, the slow builds, the abstract electronic soundscapes; it all feels like it comes together in an entertaining but coherent package. Sure, some tracks might not warrant the amount of indulgence and special treatment they receive, but this doesn't ever feel problematic. It's desolate, but absorbing.
