Tyler, The Creator - Flower Boy
84

tyler here goes for a more soft sound, which can be very good but sometimes make the songs feel a bit empty. and speaking of, it feels like quite a bit of these tracks have a part in which not really anything is going on, but they do make it up with the good performances, alot of the songs feel like they couldve been shortened, but even then they still bring a good listen, but not like amazing

Tyler, The Creator - Cherry Bomb

i dont care what anyone says, this is tylers magnum opus. honestly one of THE most underrated albums ever, tylers production is so versatile here with being either incredibly bombastic or really smooth and jazzy, and both of those styles are really well excecuted! the tracks are all atleast pretty solid, and the album is overall really consistant, and i just honestly really dont get all the hate for this, the "not caring" mentality here is so enjoyable

Tyler, The Creator - Wolf

the best of the wolf trilogy by a mile, the songs are just more enjoyable in every way, the instrumentals are nicer, tylers voice is better and the lyrics arent so "super kool edgelord" anymore. now its not particularly great, some tracks are just fine, and there isnt really any mind blowing 10/10 track, but everything is pretty good. some parts here and there also begin to slightly show tylers future more smooth production

so all this deluxe does is bloat an already kinda bloated album more with ok songs that blend it with the others even more... uhhh cool ig

Tyler, The Creator - Goblin

its... fiiine... the album suffers from being too damn long with songs overstaying their welcome, the beats are whatever and tylers voice can be annoying, the reason its not lower is because most of the songs are okay atleast with a few exceptions, i dont really like deep voice tyler and the tracks can blend together quite a bit. then of course the lyrics, they didnt really put me off but i can see how they can be pretty bad

Tyler, The Creator - Bastard
62

this did definetly surpass my expectations, not by much though. its a consistantly okay album, there isnt any particular standout amazing song, almost everything is just alright, the beats are more generic and boring compared to future tyler, and it does make the album more repetetive and same sounding throught the tracks. tylers voice is more monotone and the features are kinda hit and miss

Flume - We Live In A Society
68

well... its pretty good... the songs here are just good, nothing more and nothing less. these are honestly some of the most radio friendly sounding tracks peggy has made, but theyre alright, i genuinely have nothing else to say

JPEGMAFIA - I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU: DIRECTOR'S CUT
88

a pretty good addition to the already great album, i like the transitions, but the reason im rating this lower than the original is that this does make the album a bit bloated, and the additions have lower lows. but even then it still obviously has its fair share of amazingness and replayability, it also does make an interesting and different experience

this is honestly kinda hard to make a review of, i honestly dont have much to say other than this album is just really great. the production is more diverse and varied across the track, with being either all hard and metal, or more calm and serene, and both sides very much work out, the rapping is great as usual, in general the tracks are great and its overall just a very nice experience

even though these are just leftovers of sth, theyre still pretty good, they feel somewhat different compared to sth and its just pretty interesting, the songs here are less loud and chaotic but that doesnt make it any less good

JPEGMAFIA & Danny Brown - SCARING THE HOES

THE best rapper collab album ever made, so incredibly energetic with some of peggys and dannys best rap performances, and its very consistant with its great quality! every track here brings replayability (and of course how could i not mention the insane sample use), which that also brings to the insane production, its so loud yet so good! this is 100% in the top 10 best rap albums of all time, loved it

uhhhhh well im just gonna base this off my OFFLINE! review and this is basically just that but worse, obviously still has alot of the great things that it has except for quite a few of the amazing songs (and also butchering WHAT KINDA RAPPIN' IS THIS? like cmon bro...) and also has some of the EP! songs which are great but yeah idk what else to say
top 3: 3. SICK, NERVOUS & BROKE!, 2. BALD! REMIX, 1. REBOUND!

oh HELL yeah dude, a giant improvement compared to his previous albums and its not even close, peggy puts on a great performance in rapping and production on every song, even the worst ones are still pretty good! this album has some of the best songs to hype up to, the best songs that are like magical, in short it can just do about anything. this enormous increase in enjoyability kinda came outta nowhere from peggys previous projects, and it was so good to originally experience it

JPEGMAFIA - EP2!
72

i was pretty surpised at this, the aesthetic is nice, peggys autotune works well with these beats, and although the songs might be a bit similiar and hard to tell apart, it makes up for it by just being good and nice songs (also yes i am rating this higher than veteran fite me skrub)

a pretty intesting lil project, more deviation from his previous albums with more of a lofi and autotune style, the autotune honestly isnt as great as before (infact my highest rated songs here are the ones with the least of it) but it still works to be a pretty consitantly good ep, as the rapping parts are still good and the lofi asthetic does work

JPEGMAFIA - All My Heroes Are Cornballs

once again its just a solid step up from veteran, the beats more overall more vibey or more hard hitting, the rapping is definetly on par, i definetly like the singing parts more than veteran by quite a bit, its more consistant with its quality, almost every song is consistantly an 7-9/10, i dont really have much else to say other than this is a very solid and consitantly good album!

definetly an improvement from black ben carson, the production, the rapping, pretty much everything is a step up! but the thing is that its not a very big step up, there are still a few mediocre and just ok songs that are forgettable and its rather inconsistent in quality, on the other side the highs are definetly higher, all of these factors combine to make a solid album. in short, the album is good, not great, but solid

well its sure something, the instrumentals are more dark and grainy than newer peggy releases, and while i do like a decent bit of it, the album has quite a few forgettable and just okay tracks, but obviously there are a few standouts, and one thing this suffers from is the length, alot of songs overstay their welcome, like did this album really need to be almost 1.5 hours long? in total its a decent album with some good and whatever stuff
