Beautiful album that really takes its time and draws you into its magnificent atmosphere
A great start to their career. Really well made and has lots of charisma. Just a solid, fun album that does what it needs to very well
Only real standout is the title track. It’s such a standout that it makes up for the rest of this album. It’s not bad but I just wasn’t loving all of it. He’s done much, much better
Some really cool ideas with some decently executed payoffs. Thom Yorke can do way better though
What a cool blending of genres that doesn’t come off as forced or overwhelming. Poppy crosses that line so gracefully and it’s a wonderful album for that reason
Starts out really, really strong and unique. While it doesn’t hold up nearly as much towards the back end, it’s still very solid throughout
A really interesting album with so many cool concepts and ideas. I should get more into the genius of perfume
One of the better earlier punk albums I’ve heard. It’s fast, ferocious, and doesn’t let off the gas whatsoever. Still, I don’t think early punk is entirely for me
Yeah pink cellphone sucks but the rest of this album is so ethereal and cool that it still ends up being amazing. I forgot how good deftones are at what they do
The standout songs on here really stand out. The rest are good, just not something I’d be dying to come back to over and over again
Really strange album. Found myself being absorbed in it, whilst being confused at its absurdity
Definitely my favourite from him so far. Feels so unique and alive without compromising quality
A cool debut, but it’s clearly a step below the genius works she created since.
Pretty solid indie rock. Nothing that blew my mind but it was all quality through and through. 505 is a phenomenal way to close off the album.
A really cool collab between two of the coolest rappers of our time. Wish they played off of each other more, as it can feel segmented sometimes
A really cool debut tape. Kendrick is so hungry for the throne. It’s charming to see him so passionate, backed up with some pretty suiting production and the start of Kendrick’s genius writing
