While not on the same caliber as their generational three album run, this album is great in both unique and unoriginal ways. The latter is not a bad thing.
A journey like no other. All these songs are so beautiful and unique. Yes, they’re long and slow paced. But the slow pace is very charming in my opinion. It’s nice to just relax in this beautiful world and take it slow.
I have no idea what’s going on but this album sounds awesome so that makes up for it
Billy woods is probably the most consistent rapper of all time. His music just always hits, no matter what.
Great production, great bars, great flows, great features. Just an overall great album that consistently brings heat.
Yeah it’s disappointing. But it’s still pretty alright as a debut album. Not bad at all. Some weird production choices though.
If this album was paced better then I think it would’ve been so much better. A lot of these songs are good but they either blend together with the surrounding tracks or just drag on and on. I still think it’s relatively well produced though.
I had no clue what to expect going into this album. But what I got was a fantastic rock album. Filled with great production, singing, pacing, and riffs. It feels fresh but it doesn’t forget its rock roots. A truly amazing album.
A beautifully colourful explosion of personality and catchy choruses. Jeff is great at making these songs feel lively and vibrant.
Sometimes uninteresting, most times absolutely breathtaking. Crazy how this is my least favourite album I’ve heard from him and it’s still incredible.
If you turn your brain off you can have a fun time with this. But when you tune in for even a second, you realize this is nothing special and just kind of okay.
Absolutely insane. A journey that’s both beautiful and fun at the same time. I’m gonna keep coming back for years.
A behemoth of a live recording. Some of my favourite songs of all time being performed live really is something. Despite its length, every song fits. Swans really are something special.
I just don’t think this album for me. I like how it ends but the start is just not my thing. I’m just not a huge fan of how this album is produced and how these elements work together. I wish I could fall in love with it. Maybe I will in the future.
I heard one snippet from this album and realized I had to listen to it. It’s beautiful through and through. Just some solidly produced and written tunes.
