Song is good but it doesnt have the same passion their last record had. I have such a soft spot for this band that this just being classic foo fighters is good enough for me
Its cool but its yet to click for me. Theres some really great tracks here but i dont like this as much as rest in bass or even closed captions
one of the funniest albums i have listened to in a while along with making a genuinely great album. mad variety too, A sad R&B/pop rap song with rubik's cube (free congo and free palestine), fist me is a bubblegum bass banger, New n*** now has a DISGUSTING boom bap beat, ufo with another bubblegum bass beat but she raps her ASS off, go get em is an infectious trap banger, moan a lisa being a hip house track and so on if i kept listing what made each track unique id be going on ... read more
people hating cause they hear 2 songs they dislike wtf.
the doechii hate is quite possibly the most exaggerated thing ive seen in a long while and im happy for her getting that grammy. mix the energy of prime Nicki Minaj with a little bit of Foxy brown lyrcism with her own flare and you get doechii. some solid storytelling, she raps her ass off on some tracks flexing great flows and bars. i understand disliking anxiety or even the timeless remix but ive never seen somebody articulate WELL why ... read more
the rage stuff far outclasses the plugg beats here for me, and its not that i dont think plugg is a good subgenre but its a matter of osamason not really fitting on the more chill beats here for me. glokk40spaz snaps on damn near everything here tho
this took me way too long. after leaving a bad impression on me from jumpout, i wasnt inclined to check out the rest of osamasons discography. But when psykotic came out i went to see what was up due to me loving his feature on che's rest in bass and ended up loving psykotic. after having that in rotation a while i thought i should check out his pre-jumpout work cause maybe hes a lot better than i gave him credit for.
i wish i'd listened to this earlier cause this project is great. ... read more
Fuck this took me way too long to get to. I really wish we got this on streaming cause this is a piece of hip hop history that needs more respect
If you like gluee, you'll like this.
I like gluee, hence i like this it just isnt as great as gluee
This tracklist is extremely sloppy, but there a lot of great stuff too. Ecco outperforms literally everyone else on here to the point its not even funny. Good thing we had trash island two years after
Dave is so much better than central cee to the point they feel like an odd pairing but I won't act like they don't have chemistry
This EP is fine but I don't know how I feel about that earl track. Sometimes he sounds way too off beat but he'll every so often find a good pocket he slips out of.
I was excited for this album based on DADE and we on go 2 both being bangers...
So what happened? The rest of this thing aren't up to par. It's not like BIA is a trash rapper, but she only brings her A game when she's got features. The pop rap and r&b stuff does nothing for me cause it's so basic. I'd rather listen to the new Cardi B project, but the 2 highlights are much better than the best stuff on cardis album
Arguably the best out of the UK before his break between his last record and this one, Dave initially caught my attention through the song location which was massive in the UK when it came out. I listened to psychodrama and it still remains as a beloved album for me. His follow up while it didn't touch me as much, was still incredibly solid and in that time I was WAITING for his next album, hence the fact that I stayed up to wait for it to drop.
This project lived up to the hype and MORE. ... read more
This is Ken's best feature and I've really gotta listen to more 070 shake cause she goes insane on this track too.
Please tell me we get a full album of stuff like this otherwise I'm gonna be very sad
Some of the most disgusting production whitearmor has ever put his hands on and bladee and lean give some amazing energy to it. Maybe a hot take but leans voice lends itself best to the rage genre, not to say I don't like it otherwise but he feels right at home on rage tracks hasn't missed on one ever
Thanks PewDiePie for helping popularise casual racism against Indians
Not late enough, should have waiting till you figured out how to make good music
