Taylor Swift - 1989
88

A mix of both radio nostalgia, great pop songs, and the ability to have Minecraft parodies of these songs (Any Technoblade fans here?).

Paramore - This Is Why
82

Watch Brad gonna give this album a 45 or 50 or something like that. I bet my life on it.

EDIT: I was wrong. At least my life will end happy at least.

Lovejoy - Call Me What You Like
80

Since my sister likes this song, it means that I should give it a high score, right? Well, yeah, it's pretty a good song. Some people have mentioned it, there isn't a huge beat drop that ascends me to the 4th Dimension, but that's my only complaint. It's definitely better than most of the songs that they have released and I will take a keen eye on what the future holds for them.

OneRepublic - Rescue Me
55

I mean there's nothing wrong with it, it's just kind of boring. Chorus is kind of catchy, I guess.

Gnarls Barkley - Crazy
100

Hey! This song was released on my birthday!

Young Fathers - Heavy Heavy
77

I'm ascending to Heaven and being dragged down to Hell at the same time, and I don't know what's the better path.

Queen - A Night at the Opera
100

I was in the 7th Grade, the perfect place for Bohemian Rhapsody (the movie) to come out. Once the trailer came out, I immediately went to become a Queen fanboy. Decided to listen to most of their songs, and loved nearly every song that they have come out. 5 years later, and just like with other phases of my life, me being a Queen fanboy somewhat died down. Never really listened to them as much anymore, and moved on to other bands that genuinely, were somewhat better than Queen. But there seems ... read more

Lil Yachty - Let's Start Here.
87

"Lil Yachty has become Pink Floyd Reincarnated" is now my Discord status.

Ava Max - Diamonds & Dancefloors
73

I only know Ava Max vaguely because of "Sweet but Psycho" being overplayed on the radio. As with any other overplayed radio song, I didn't like it all. I hated it. With that I didn't bother listening to the album that came with it, because I imagined to be the exact same. So coming in here, I expected to have the same formula, but with 5% better production and mixing.

Well, I was wrong. Million Dollar Baby immediately hooked me in, and made me realize that it won't be what I ... read more

Fall Out Boy - Heartbreak Feels So Good
95

Nah nah nah nah this song is better than Love From The Other Side. There I said it. So what are you gonna do about it?

Che Lingo - My Radio
83

Huh. Didn't know about this until now. But I like it pretty much. The sampling of 'Radio Ga Ga" goes pretty well with the instrumental. It's a very chill song that you can use in the car during long road trips.

Big Baller B - No More Half Measures
68

When you're happy, you enjoy the music...
When you're sad, you understand the lyrics.

Måneskin - RUSH!
62

Yeah, it starts off pretty strong, and it ends off VERY STRONG. The rest..... well, it was just BLA. BLA. BLAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Metallica - Screaming Suicide
73

I'm going to be honest, I still like Lux Aeterna than this one, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's pretty good, has that same feel than Lux Aeterna but just a tad bit slower and sounding very similar to their 80s albums. Right now, the 2 singles are not the greatest, but not the worst as well. They're decent, and let's hope the album will be as well.

Fall Out Boy - Love From The Other Side
90

Wow. Could we finally see the Fall Out Boy that they were from the early 2000s, with Infinity on High and From Under The Cork Tree? Because this song definitely fits there. They figured out that MANIA wasn't in the right direction and made a song in which sound was very similar to what brought them to fame. It brings out this sense of mid 2000s nostalgia that I didn't have experienced, and I was a baby during the mid 2000s.

But it's just one song on a multitude of songs on their new album. ... read more

twenty one pilots - Scaled and Icy
76

I guess I'm the only person who thinks Bounce Man is a pretty good song. Or this album....

Circa Waves - Never Going Under
74

It's a very good indie rock album from Circa Waves. Some of the songs sound like they could be in Scaled and Icy personally, some others definitely sound like they could be part of GTA 6's new indie radio stations, and others..... well they are just sometimes just random filler, especially, the second half of the album, which lacks in quality than the first half. However it's another good album for the first month of 2023, with its upbeat, catchy, and sometimes sweet songs.

Paramore - C’est Comme Ça
65

It's obviously the weakest of the three Paramore have released. Even though the verses are pretty good and the post-punk vibe is still there, there are some very weak points, such as the short runtime that will make this feel like a footnote in what hopefully will be a banger of an album, and the chorus is a bit annoying, especially the na na na na bit. That I don't like. However, the nice upbeat and good verses keep it from being worse than it is. I will expect this be one of the least played ... read more

Måneskin - GOSSIP
84

I've heard this before, and usually I like it.....

What? You expected me saying that it disappointed me and that's it's bad? Well no, it didn't. I like the song very much. The only problem is that it's pretty short, and that it ended pretty abruptly. But overall, it's the best of the songs they have come out before the release of the album. Actually, I never knew they were gonna have a new album next Friday until literally 10 minutes ago.

Iggy Pop - EVERY LOSER
45

I'm gonna blow up a turd. That turd being this one. Now where did I leave my stockpile of C4?......
