As somebody who loves Duster and doesn't just hate slowcore as a genre, this album just felt too boring. of course this probably isn't meant to be as experimental as Duster's style, but if you don't add anything interesting, and have boring riffs, boring songwriting, and at times just flat out bad songs in general, you're not gonna make anything special. I don't hate the slow sound, but its just not impressive.
Really impressive for a solo artist, this production is unreal and the instrumentation is extremely impressive throughout most of this project. If this entire album was as good as the first half, it would be an easy 10/10 for me. I really like this kind of psychedelic funk sound and most of these songs have a crazy soundstage that sounds out of this world. pretty underrated project that I wish had more attention

this album however has a strong personal connection with me. While I might hate how people rip it off, this feels like a memory to me. This album is literally nostalgia in album form

This is by far my favorite album of all time and that won't be changing anytime soon
on melancholy hill is probably in my top 10 songs of all time
