Since the first day of 2022, I decided to leave this site for a long time. I had to focus on other issues, and frankly speaking, reviews I've wrote did not satisfy myself. Some of them are too fanboy-ish, some of them are too weisenheimer, I did not keep some promises to elaborate short reviews too. So I want to end my career here with an album to commemorate, which was unironically, <Dawn FM>. So yeah, this will be my last review, or short analysis that I'll wrote here.
The thing that I ... read more
For some people, Hoshimachi Suisei is definitely a fictional character, constructed with virtual reality technology and a person who goes into it. But she is an alive person in the internet since 2018, who streams daily on youtube and tries hard to find her own dream: Being an Idol. At least to herself and her 1.15M subscribers, she is a real person, and there’s a three-and-a-half-year history of her based on this axiom.
It would be useless, and considered as a dismeanor to see behind ... read more
It would be a meaningless activity to rate this album. I mean, I don't know a lot about country music.
It definitely is a good album, but scores..... I don't know.
Rest In Peace, Groggs.
This album has been derived from a song, by Issac Hayes. And that is an amazing soul retake to the 1965 country song about leaving the loved one and going on a road trip. Issac Hayes elaborated the story by adding a 9-minute intro about the guy in the song and transformed this break-up song into a religious figuration.
The (ex) trio has already finished most of this album in 2019, and the title has been decided by ex-member Groggs, who has been died in 2020 because of ... read more
There is a proverb called “What does that got to do with the price of tea in China.”, thanks to those UK Empire’s tea-lovers. They had to check the China mainland’s tea supply daily, or they won’t prepare for the fluctuating market price of imported tea. So, the title is about the subject that is heavily related to the daily life of.. Boldy. Of course. (What Else?)
Compare to <Bo Jackson>, <The price of tea in China> heavily relies on the beat that ... read more
So, what did sir al and boldy feel about the legendary multiplayer in US history, and made his name into their new collab title? The first answer you’ll get is pretty simple. Boldy’s nickname is Bo. And he is good at selling drugs and rapping hard. This whole lotta 14 track exemplifies it.
However, when I looked up Bo Jackson’s career, I’ve seen that he had been grown in very hazardous area. So his existence itself is a motivation to ghetto people, including Boldy. And ... read more
Atrocious exhibition, No Danny Brown.
Certified loss, boy. Dada joke album.

So.. yeah. Donda is out, finally. After all those listening parties and exhibitions, after his regretful 2020 election and divorce, and after his 2019 hasty album, JIK. And I think this album will be the final landmark that Kanye will build on this industry. I don't know whether he will retire or not, but I can say this would his last gigantic appearance for a while. I won't rate this album, I'll only rate songs for expressing my preference.

Some say poetry, or, all of the art forms, is meant to be exploring taboo and destroy. The title, <HARAM> is loyal to that principle. Its name points to the banned activities of the Muslim culture for retaining their sanctified life. But it also points to the part of Mecca. Those two meanings do not destruct one another, they are mutually connected thru the vocabulary. Armand hammer intentionally uses this as a metaphor to the album, with their amazing skills and ... read more
I guess OKLAMA era would be Kendrick's most ruthless career, than ever.
But yeah, Baby keem, please bring us "the melodic blue" ASAP, I know it would be awesome one and I don't wanna see a DONDAed album from pgLang.
Tohji is the rising star of the Japanese Hip-hop scene, often compared to "JP Travis Scott". Loota is definitely the sublime rapper, who is once the sidekick of KOHH. And Brodinski is a French producer, who had taken part in <Yeezus>. The combination of these three people eventually ended up with some unexpected, very abstract trap-music album that resembles poetry.
Here's a tip for you: Go to their 'KUUGA' live video, read the translated lyrics carefully, dissect it like a ... read more
“Is it wickedness, is it weakness?”
I had to ask again, like Kendrick, while taking some pills to relax this weekend.
Oh, right, You won’t understand me. You don’t know about the pitfall I’ve fallen into. Let me tell ya ma story.
I was raised in another ghetto from Tennessee, I’ve written some songs there and eventually get famous by exhibiting myself. Go listen to my past works, like <Cilvia demo>, or <The Sun’s Tirade>. Already? ... read more

Surely, it is not what I’ve thought. 22 Minute-LP, Extremely Small Features, and his lyrics, all of them were different from that sarcastic guy in <Summertime 06’>. It’s not as appealing as his past albums, but it elucidates why he got so many blue strips on his mind.

I guess Tones and I's vocal characters only fit in this, an exhibition of busker's stress compared to dancing monkey.

Honestly, it's not an abomination, if you think of this as a debut mixtape. The real problem is this need to be compared with all those pop legends' releases, in the name of LP. I do understand what she wanted to talk but she needs to focus on what she can do perfectly, not what she wants to for a while.
I guess, she wanted to make a new sequel of GLEE with AJR and Billie Eilish, and special features of Green Day, Beyonce, Andre 300, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj. She tried to ... read more

Here in Korea, Yoon sang is one of the sound masters that dominated 90s and early 2000s. His early works was heavily influenced by 80s synth pop, but he successfully widened his spectrum to electronica and world's ethnic music. His sound is meticulous yet powerful, and his albums ... read more
Could've be more Motley if Post chugged Jack No.7, but I'm glad that he didn't do that on camera.
JEEZ! This is my 100th review here. Been a long way to my clumsy, corny stuff from Logic’s 6th album. Thank you guys for reading my opinions.
To celebrate my 100th review I’ve take a lot of effort to do this review. I had listened to Tyler for about 5 years. I've loved his every project, and this impressed a lot too. So it's extra long-but I've tried to to show you what I've felt. So, Enjoy!

This review is not meant to criticize, or analyze the project deeply. It’s just a light overview. Since I’ve written on my page to upload this album review on AOTY, so it’s just me keeping my promise I’ve made with you. Also I won’t rate the album score, because this album is simply a cover songs compilation.

Sweet old songs in character’s voice. It’s not outstanding nor eccentric, but hey, smart concept!
