The uniqueness that aespa showcased in their 1st mini-album, “Savage”, has slowly faded away as their discography has progressed.

I have never listened to an album that transports me to a different world better than this one. Throughout the entire record, I feel trapped in some 90s cartoon, while MF chronicles one tale after the other. This is the type of project I want more of from BLACKPINK... short EPs with creative production, catchy hooks and some energetic verses here and there. No point in adding filler songs to make it into an album like they tried to do on their first LP and ruining the consistency of the project in the process.
