Classic Rock Review Sunday #2 because I had two Yes albums on my list lol.
An amazing album in Yes' discography. Every song here is a masterpiece, everything flows so well, and no second became stale or boring.
Favorite songs: All of them.
Classic rock review Sunday #1: Fragile by Yes.
This is a great album by Yes, I loved their distinct prog rock sound. All the members cooked with this one, from Jon Anderson's vocals to Bill Bruford's drumming, they delivered a great album thanks to their efforts. All the longer songs are masterpieces and are my favorites off of this record. The shorter songs on the other hand are all misses except Long Distance Runaround I'm not gonna lie. Overall, I loved this album despite ... read more
Blew me away honestly. I discovered Magdalena Bay through a TikTok where it had Image as the sound. I have never listened to this pop duo until today, and I think I will stick around from now on. The production on this album was impressive, and even though every song had a lot going on, they never felt too overwhelming or annoying. Everything seemed to flow well, especially in conjunction with the vocals. I wasn't a fan of Mica's vocals at first, but they quickly grew on me by the ... read more
An amazing album by Kanye, I enjoyed essentially every song in here with exceptions of the few misses in this record. I would have gave this album a 10 but Barry Bonds is mid and Drunk and Hot Girls is just bad. Overall, as the last album in the trilogy, it delivers all the way through and it's a great entry in Kanye's catalog.
Favorite songs: Champion Stronger, I Wonder, Good Life, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Flashing Lights, Homecoming.

A good pop album, but a somewhat weak Kanye album in my opinion. Half of the songs kind of fall flat for me personally.
Favorite Songs: Welcome to Heartbreak, Heartless, Love Lockdown, Paranoid, Street Lights.
This album started amazing with the first two tracks, then it went downhill until the middle of the album where it began to pick up again and luckily ended great, Saint Pablo became one of my favorite Kanye outros.
My favorite tracks: Ultralight Beam, Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1, Waves, Wolves, No More Parties in LA, Saint Pablo.
A great debut album by Laufey. I think her vocals are the best part of this in my opinion. This eased my stress, and overall was a calm and soothing experience.
Favorite songs: Fragile, Valentine, I've Never Been In Love Before, Just like Chet, Everything I Know About Love, Falling Behind, and Night Light.
I'm not gonna lie, this album blew my expectations away. Tyler delivered with his incredible production, rapping, and his feature choices.
Favorite Tracks: WUSYUNAME, HOT WIND BLOWS, SWEET/I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE, RISE!, JUGGERNAUT, WILSHIRE.
I stayed up for this, worth it tbh.
Favorite songs: St. Chroma, Rah Tah Tah, Noid, Darling, I, Sticky, Thought I Was Dead, Like Him, I Hope You Find Your Way Home.
"Frank Ocean, I would listen to your music, but you like boys"
Favorite tracks: Sweet Life, Super Rich Kids, Pyramids, Monks, Pink Matter.
I was not disappointed at all with this album, Kanye shows off his musical talent and masterful rapping on this album and delivers really well. His production here is also top notch. There are a few duds here like My Way Home, Crack Music, and Addiction, but this does not take away too much from the rest of the tracks. Late Registration is an overall amazing album in both rapping ability and production by Kanye, 9/10.
Favorite tracks: Heard 'Em Say, Touch the Sky, Gold Digger, Roses, ... read more
Good white woman music.
Favorites: Taste, Please Please Please, Bed Chem, Expresso, Juno, Don't Smile
An okay album. Not one of Travis' best works, and this was coming off of releasing his critically acclaimed album Rodeo just a year prior. Production was inferior, his flows too, and the features were a hit or miss as well. The album just felt like a poor attempt at making mainstream hits. Overall, a 6/10.
My favorite songs from the album: through the late night, goosebumps, pick up the phone, wonderful
A genuinely unique experience. Mike Oldfield utilizes various instruments in this album, and he uses them masterfully. My favorite part is the end, the build up and the tempo continually increasing until it ends with all the instruments crashing into each other. Definitely an amazing way to conclude this album.
This was my comfort album some years back. I used to have frequent re-listens of this, and even years later I still really enjoyed this album. I fell in love with Ronnie James Dio's vocals, his voice is majestic.
My favorite songs: Man of the Silver Mountain, Black Sheep of the Family, Catch the Rainbow, The Temple of the King.
Thank you Araki for naming your character after Catch The Rainbow.
Probably one of the best three song runs in history. In this album, Michael Jackson shows off his musical prowess with masterfully crafted songs such as Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean, and P.Y.T and solidifying his title of King of Pop. All nine tracks are great with no misses.
For A$AP Rocky's first mixtape, this isn't bad at all. The production somewhat holds up to this day, though there are some moments in this project where it felt "outdated". My score my change in the future as I explore more of his catalog, but for now... I think this project is rather overrated, but it's still a good mixtape nonetheless.
Favorite songs: Palace, Peso, Trilla, Houston Old Head, Roll One Up.
Honestly a really good album. I'm glad my friend recommended her, I will be tuning in to more of Laufey's music. Favorite songs: Dreamer, Lovesick, California and Me, Nocturne, From the Start, Letter To My 13 Year Old Self, Bewitched, and Goddess from the Goddess Edition of the album. One complaint I have is that a few of the songs sound too similar, other than that, I like this.
