I didn't get the vision with the first single but damn do I get it now. I am going to be absolutely unbearable this summer.
I've heard more promising music especially from iRis.EXE themselves. Track 6 is really rough especially. Tracks 1 and 7 are pretty alright though.

This album is booty.... but it has Bullet so that's something.
Hollywood Undead again serving as proof for me that my parents were correct in calling my younger music taste garbage. I sit here now looking back cringing at a majority of the content here reminding myself they were the age I am NOW when they made this. Good thing I didn't decide to actually sit through the deluxe.
This thing was made to be used in Tv Shows and Movies.
Utilizing a combination of house, club, and industrial production Vince delivers compelling delivery providing for a very immersive listening experience. Okay pretentious bs over. This album goes hard as absolute fuck. I saw Vince live right after this album came out in a medium sized venue in Milwaukee and he had the room absolutely shaking. This is after having JPEG come out as an opener as well. This album does have its more laid back ... read more
I have a soft spot for this album as I spent countless hours listening and watching Call of Duty Modern Warfare II montages with these songs in them. Has the music aged that well? Hell no, but it isn't the worst of the genre and the singer honestly has a pretty commendable voice. Some songs like Sorry for Everything, Carry Me, and A Promise come off a bit sappy but everything else is just great! Glad to see that Leaves Falling is in fact a bonus track as I thought it was only me from ... read more
Pretty overly dramatic song, this thing deserves an amv to be made using it. This sound in general has to be very special for it to age well on me. It's also giving Flyleaf.
This is just techno metal, not terrible at that but I will stick to Amaranthe or Dead By April for this kind of sound.
Ehhh, I was having a good time up until about 1:40 when the distortion is just too much and drowns everything else out. It doesn't really add much to the song considering it just jumps right back to the chorus.
This song do be sounding a hell of a lot like Beabadoobee, consider that a reason why I enjoy this song so much. This song has a bit more of a shoegaze flavor too it though with the more subdued vocal performance.
Edit 12/26/2024 85 -> 87: Minor score change, nothing else happening here.
Finally got around to listening to this full mixtape and glad I did!
Compiling a bunch of essentially throwaway tracks from previous and future works that didn't feel fitting, Quadeca delivers a very solid mixtape that puts many larger artists to shame displaying much higher quality despite lacking huge attention grabbing names. There is a little bit of everything here so there is very likely to be something ... read more
Very atmospheric little listen! With panning bells and synths and a piano that stays constant through this song does a good job and providing a certain sense of comfort offset by the much more depressing lyrical content. Giving similarities to softer songs from acts like underscores or Laura Les' solo work this song delivers a very helpless aesthetic. My only real complaint is that on its own this song lacks a compelling story or narrative and to me would feel much better placed on a album or ... read more
Leaving this album feeling like a bit of a Skibidi Toilet this album succeeds on it's goal of being an album. Colon Cancer has collected all the chaos emeralds and is ready for his plan of world domination. Vultures 1 is an L, this is a W. Hell this might be the only Vultures 2 anyone gets.

After Ninja got a low taper fade, AmyReal & DJ Ellie decided to go on an all expense paid vacation to Sweden where they met with the fabled Bladee. They proceeded to take a knife and drain their lives into the streets a crime so offensive that DJ Ellie was sentenced to 20 years in Swedish prison for the crime of the BIG GAY. AmyReal cut off with DJ Ellie's money and has not been heard from since.

1999? Man I COULD have grown up on this record. Sadly that did not happen but happy to come to it nonetheless. Record plays very mellow while still traversing some darker themes. Tripoli was my reason for coming to this record but glad I stuck around to enjoy the rest of it.
Best Tracks: Tripoli, Hurley, Lyon, Crutch
Worst Tracks: maybe Shag?
