The Cure - Disintegration
75

Probably needs a register soon this is the 35th highest rated album of all time💀 as it stands i think the vocals could be better and it could have more sonic variation some of the best baselines pre the new Millennium though

Saba - CARE FOR ME
76

Another album that grew on me I no longer have the same score as a bald music reviewer! 65-76

Wale - everything is a lot.
NR

Wale exists I really couldn't care less to rate this Wale is such a boring rapper

Larry June - Life Is Beautiful
69

Obviously the production is amazing because it's the alchemist but the performances leave alot to be desired and I'm much MUCH more forgiving of Larry June's sleepy ass flow than most 2 Chainz is great on this album though besides generations

Daughters - You Won't Get What You Want
89

I get that Alexis Marshall is an awful person and deserves to be in jail for life but this record is fantastic maybe not 10/10 level but its certainly close
History:

Weyes Blood - Titanic Rising
90

Yay this album grew on me titanically (pun intended) 74-90 December 8th

Björk - Vespertine
100

The best art-pop album of all time.

It’s Björk—you know what you’re getting: the best vocals pop music has to offer, period, over these beautiful, ethereal instrumentals and harmonies. The first five tracks are some of the best she’s ever made, especially Undo, which is probably my favorite pop song of all time. Cocoon is amazing because of the cracky instrumental and how it builds with ethereal trip-hop synths. Pagan Poetry is incredible for the lyricism and ... read more

Little Simz - GREY Area
93

Incredible production

Little Simz - NO THANK YOU
85

The Gorilla rhyme scheme is one of the best I've ever heard sounds like something MF DOOM would do

Little Simz - Lotus
87

What do you guys have against Young? I love the theater kid vibe of that track

Marvin Gaye - What's Going On
100

The best soul album of all time.

It's fucking What's Going On, what is there to say?

Favorite Track: What's Going On

Stevie Wonder - Songs in the Key of Life
100

The best album of all time.

Stevie is just pummeling you with fantastic vocals, amazingly carefree lyricism, and fantastic layered funk production. It's the best album of all time.

Favorite song: As.

Fiona Apple - Fetch the Bolt Cutters
92

I love the eccentrics of this project its like your listening to a madwoman rant about her life

Sleater-Kinney - Dig Me Out
NR

Love the vocals production is solid as well but maybe its just a tiny bit of a slog towards the back...

Ol' Dirty Bastard - Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version
89

"If I had a nickel for every bar about period blood on this album I'd have 2 nickels; which isn't alot, but it's crazy it happened twice."

90

Mom they don't openly praise satan its okay!

The Velvet Underground - Squeeze
25

Ass. I can't stand this happy go lucky classic rock shit

Death Grips - Bottomless Pit
96

I would marry MC-Ride if I could

Black Sabbath - Paranoid
98

This obviously isn't the main appeal of the album for most people but I genuinely think this is one of the most sonically creative metal albums it's constantly taking a next turn with every track

TOOL - Lateralus
77

Not my thing but pitchfork was taking that (to quote MoistCritikal) stupid juice

"I love how the comment right under this is praising Olivia. Also you have to understand Olivia isn't really taking herself too seriously. I think she's relatively self-aware that she's just making music for a melancholic teenage audience you don't have to like it because of that but try to be more nuanced."

"That's something I see commonly, I think this is by far the best produced hip-hop album after Liquid Swords, but there is a legitimate argument that its a bit too experimental."

"@disidoroo Sorry for responding like a month later 😶, but I don’t really see how that’s the case. Once again, “Heartbreaker” is on this thing, and that riff can rival pretty much every song in their discography in that department — “When the Levee Breaks,” “The Rover,” etc. “What Is and What Should Never Be,” “The Lemon Song,” and “Whole Lotta Love” are pretty rockin’ as well. Even “Moby Dick,” the instrumental track, opens with a sick riff. I don’t really get this take. Sure, it’s not as lyrically sharp, but that’s a completely different argument. To be honest, I’d argue Led Zeppelin IV is way more tame by comparison"
