Nostalgia overload; negative nostalgia.

Interesting album cover...

Autechre - Tri Repetae
99

This album is sonically creative and forward-thinking, influencing numerous records, with Kid A, which is the most obvious example. The musical aspect of this album is absolutely fantastic as well. It is glitchy, experimental, and ambient, creating a very cold atmosphere. It is definitely an album to check out if you enjoy Kid A or any of the other records it heavily influenced.

This Heat - Deceit

Its alright

U2 - Boy
NR

Why does this child look like a visitor from no, im no a human

The Alchemist - Bread

Wow E.Coli is one of the highest rated songs ever

OutKast - Stankonia
90

100-90 November 8th Aquemini is probably better but this album still has the higher highs

The Beatles - Revolver
95

Christ the Beatles are genuinely one of the best bands to ever exist

The Beatles - Help!
86

I'm starting to realize why my grandmother always lectures me on how great the Beatles are every time she can. (Yesterday is literally one of the best songs ever made)

Minor Threat - First Two Seven Inches
93

Quite an interesting record

Amy Winehouse - Back to Black
95

November 8th: 100-95

The Antlers - Hospice
55

Just a worse version of Funeral by Arcade Fire

Frank Zappa - Hot Rats
99

Those rats were piping hot

Arcade Fire - Funeral
84

The reason why this isn't higher is because the production can be a bit lackluster at points

"I love how the comment right under this is praising Olivia. Also you have to understand Olivia isn't really taking herself too seriously. I think she's relatively self-aware that she's just making music for a melancholic teenage audience you don't have to like it because of that but try to be more nuanced."

"That's something I see commonly, I think this is by far the best produced hip-hop album after Liquid Swords, but there is a legitimate argument that its a bit too experimental."

On Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II
"@disidoroo Sorry for responding like a month later 😶, but I don’t really see how that’s the case. Once again, “Heartbreaker” is on this thing, and that riff can rival pretty much every song in their discography in that department — “When the Levee Breaks,” “The Rover,” etc. “What Is and What Should Never Be,” “The Lemon Song,” and “Whole Lotta Love” are pretty rockin’ as well. Even “Moby Dick,” the instrumental track, opens with a sick riff. I don’t really get this take. Sure, it’s not as lyrically sharp, but that’s a completely different argument. To be honest, I’d argue Led Zeppelin IV is way more tame by comparison"
