What an incredible project Billy's best imo. 100-95 November 19th
So sonically creative especially Only Shallow, When You Sleep and I Only Said; Easily the best shoegaze album oat.
Overall, I enjoyed this new season much more than the first. It seemed more polished, and I didn’t really find the pacing or writing to be that bad at any point, aside from it being a bit predictable. However, I thought the soundtrack was rather boring and mediocre, especially the terrible Trust Us song.
What are you guys listening to? This isn't a decent or good album at all. What do you see in it? The entire album sounds very amateurish. I suppose it isn’t as corny as Revival & Encore but it’s not difficult to be less corny than those albums. What do you genuinely see in this album like GENUINELY? Even Melon likes it, and he usually dislikes most of Eminem’s shit.
A bit underrated, perhaps? It seems like it is rated so low only because it was made by one of the best bands of all time.
Definitely not their worst it's probably just hated on so much because it sounds nothing like Pink Floyd

"I love how the comment right under this is praising Olivia. Also you have to understand Olivia isn't really taking herself too seriously. I think she's relatively self-aware that she's just making music for a melancholic teenage audience you don't have to like it because of that but try to be more nuanced."

Sorry for responding like a month later 😶, but I don’t really see how that’s the case. Once again, “Heartbreaker” is on this thing, and that riff can rival pretty much every song in their discography in that department — “When the Levee Breaks,” “The Rover,” etc. “What Is and What Should Never Be,” “The Lemon Song,” and “Whole Lotta Love” are pretty rockin’ as well. Even “Moby Dick,” the instrumental track, opens with a sick riff. I don’t really get this take. Sure, it’s not as lyrically sharp, but that’s a completely different argument. To be honest, I’d argue Led Zeppelin IV is way more tame by comparison"
