A 47 seems a bit generous for Little Child song is weird as fuck... but the rest of the album consists of solid Pre-Help! love songs.

This is another one of those albums that is amazing, but I can completely understand why someone might rate it 0/10. The vocal style is unusual, and the album feels a bit bloated, but I love it nonetheless. It has a consistently strong tracklist, and Tonight" and "1979" are truly some of the best songs ever made.

Sorry for responding like a month later 😶, but I don’t really see how that’s the case. Once again, “Heartbreaker” is on this thing, and that riff can rival pretty much every song in their discography in that department — “When the Levee Breaks,” “The Rover,” etc. “What Is and What Should Never Be,” “The Lemon Song,” and “Whole Lotta Love” are pretty rockin’ as well. Even “Moby Dick,” the instrumental track, opens with a sick riff. I don’t really get this take. Sure, it’s not as lyrically sharp, but that’s a completely different argument. To be honest, I’d argue Led Zeppelin IV is way more tame by comparison"
