After Olivia Rodrigo’s success with drivers license, I wouldn’t be surprised if this blows up too. It’s a fun song but it just sounds like something from Shawn Mendes: basic and meant to be played over and over at shopping malls.

My first thought when listening to this album was "holy shit my ears."

The vocals sounds like they're drowning and struggling to reach the surface. I can barely judge vocals or lyrics because I simply couldn't hear them. The mixing was just so frustrating that I was fighting the urge to turn it off. However, this isn't terrible. This album created the feeling of sitting on a spaceship in the year 3021. Lady Gaga - Chromatica

I'm a huge fan of Lady Gaga so my rating is definitely biased. Based on personal enjoyment, I'd give this a 93, but I know this album is definitely not up to par with a lot of the projects released this year. Still, 911 is one of my favorite songs by her and the music video is incredible. While it's not as good as her previous works, Chromatica is a really fun and enjoyable dance pop album.

A gorgeous sequel to a gorgeous album.

Taylor's songwriting never fails to amaze me. Her imagery, her storytelling, everything. The first half of the album is so addicting. champagne problems is so heartbreaking and gold rush is absolutely genius. Jack Antonoff's production perfectly captures the feeling of being caught up in a daydream then snapping out of it.
