Here's my thing with this album: I don't think it's all that bad. In fact, I was really enjoying it for the first few tracks, however, I kinda feel like the vibe of it all kinda wears off quickly which is why I tend to avoid lo-fi hip hop releases just in general. They're good as like songs in a playlist or in a livestream or something, but when I actually have to pay attention to the music it just kinda gets tired and dull after a while. While I liked this album overall, I thought it had a few issues with it that did hold it back for me. To start with the positives, I really liked the instrumentals here. They're very pleasant and calming, just very nice. I also really liked the lyrics here and thought they were really well written overall, albeit a bit too repetitive for my taste at points.
