My main takeaway from this album is that Roddy Ricch could make a really great R&B album if he wanted to. The best parts of this album have all been the R&B interludes and the super short songs. The trap songs were kinda too generic for me compared to the ones on PEMBAS, but a couple of them did interest me like the one with Lil Baby.
Favorite Songs: paid my dues, slow it down, murda one, everything you need, moved to miami, bibi’s interlude, more than a trend, late at night
The concept of this album is so fucking corny it's almost unbearable.
Favorite Songs: Because The Sky Is Blu(e), I Was Born To Be Blu(e), Blu(e) World
This is RUSSELL!’s magnum opus. This is him at his full and complete artistry, from the rapping down to the singing. It’s a shame this album didn’t get the proper credit it deserved because this is an amazing album, filled with nothing beautiful ballads and straight up bangers! I hope this album gets its flowers one day.

This is definitely an....interesting mixtape lol. Aminé is trying out a lot of different sounds on this project (probably to see which ones stick with fans so he knows what to use for his 3rd album). This is definitely gonna need a lot more listens from me before I confirm that I completely like it.
Favorite Songs: Colors, *Mad Funny Freestyle*, Between The Lines
This man fucking cock teased me with the Zay feature on “Left Hand”, I HATE this nigga😒
Favorite Song: 12am in Atl
I'm so glad IDK released the extended version of "Temporary Love". I was so upset when he first released it as just an interlude, but this new version enhances the entire experience of the song. While most of the other songs on this deluxe were already released before the album (2 Cents, JLM, King Alfred, Cereal), all of the songs add to the vibe of the original version of the album gave, and don't just feel tacked on.

If I'm being completely honest, I like the version that's on "13LOOD 1N + 13LOOD OUT" more haha. I like the more guttural feel that that version has to it as opposed to this cleaner version of it.
In a broad sense, this album is too samey for me to completely like it. The beats aren't necessarily bad, just not a lot of variety in them outside of a few tracks.
favorite songs: *Biology 101*, YNS, 40 Clip, Amen, Groceries, Butterfly
This album is all over the place in the best way possible. I really love the way Bjork fuses pop and jazz together, it makes for a really interesting sound. Most of the songs on here also sound like they could come out today and they'd still sound new. My only “gripe” with this album is that some of her vocals on some songs at the beginning of the album are a bit *too* clean for me. It at times sounded overbearing and very distracting when compared to the production she was ... read more
I feel like the sequencing of the verses should’ve been better placed. Also, Wayne’s verse could’ve gone a bit longer
favorite verse: A$AP Ferg
The main thing I liked about this album is how minimal it sounds. The drums on “He’s The Way” were nice af too (my fav song). However, the thing about this album is I wish it didn’t use the same chord progression throughout the entire album. Felt very samey after a while
Favorite song: He’s The Way
Holy Kanye Batman! Even though this album has *heavy* 808s influence, TMB is still a unique album amongst a lot of monotonous music nowadays. Baby Keem’s artistry is still in its infancy, but this debut is a great intro to what he can truly become
Favorite Songs: trademark usa, range brothers, south africa, lost souls, *family ties*, durag activity, first order of business
This is Drake’s best album since IYRTITL. The production on this reminds me of a mix between Take Care & Views. Drake himself isn’t doing anything new or special, but he still does his thing on this album.
Favorite Songs: *Champagne Poetry*, Papi’s Home, Love All, Fair Trade, Way 2 Sexy, TSU, N 2 Deep, Pipe Down, Knife Talk, Get Along Better, The Remorse
*Throws my phone in the air* Goddamn you Pink Siifu! Honestly? This might be his best solo project to date. The fact that he was able to take the smoothness of his album "Ensley" and the abrasiveness of "NEGRO" and just straight up evolve those sounds into this is beyond amazing. He's really starting to build a great catalog under his belt and put his name in the hat of being one of the best underground artists out right now.
