Some really solid 5th wave emo. Highly recommend if you want something more than generic pop punk
what the f*ck is this? how did they go from the creative “AREA PD” to this generic, annoying track?
Overall this album isn’t really my cup of tea, but if you want some folk music with a small “bite” to it, you might wanna check this out. I’d probably give it a 5/10 but I don’t think that would be fair since it isn’t for me.

I think this track is good, but I don’t think it does anything new for END. It’s just a little too predictable for me
Redux Review:
A fun, but repetitive metalcore album.
Original Review:
I knew I was gonna enjoy this but dang this album is fantastic.
As with a metalcore/hardcore punk album, you’re gonna get some groovy riffs and breakdowns. Some examples include: The first single, Silent Wolf which is a good album opener with that intro drum and guitar section setting the mood. The end of Heaven’s Call is so heavy that it makes you wanna turn into a crab. The riffs and breakdowns on Cyanide ... read more
Edit: To be honest, the more I think about this album the more mad I get. Like the first two singles they released for this album sound nothing like the overall album, which just makes me feel betrayed and wanting a different album.
Another thing is that a lot of the melodic choruses on this album sound very similar to the point where you could switch them out and nothing would change. Don’t even get me started on the lyrics on some of these songs, especially the album opener. ... read more
This was my first album experience with Baroness, and I gotta say I enjoyed it. I think the band brings a lot of interesting ideas to this project even though some of them don’t stick as well as others like the “spoken word” sections across the LP. Despite this album being mainly progressive metal, a few of the songs sounded extremely similar. What I thought worked was the harmonies on the softer sections of the album, and the riffs were heavy when they needed to be.
Even though this album will likely not change your opinion on death metal if you don’t like it, it’s overall a very solid death metal album. It’s very consistent in a way that it doesn’t hurt itself
Someone gave the new Cannibal Corpse album a 20/100 and called it dogsh*t because of the metal vocals making them not able to take it seriously. However, they gave this “I’m 14 and this is deep” song a 87/100
This album has a lot of interesting ideas, but I think it struggles with making a cohesive record. I think some songs could’ve been shortened and some of them could’ve been longer. However, the vocals are really good on this LP. Feeling a 5.5 to a 6 out of 10.

A LOT better than the past two singles. Instrumentally and vocally this track was fun and creative in a metalcore way. Only real negative is that I feel that there was a weird EDM part that happened during the bridge that I felt didn’t fit the track right. Still very good
Didn’t care for it the first time I listened, but I gave it another chance and yeah I love it a lot more. The whole track gives a great vibe of something about to “break” or “collapse.”
Even though the production on these two tracks are not great, they’re some good pop punk elements on these singles. I like how they’re both different energy-wise. Makes me somewhat hopeful for the album
This bangs. This single is a big improvement over their EP last year in my opinion. Highly recommend
