Wow. Some of these songs are pop perfection. The singles plus a few of the album tracks makes for one of the best pop tracklists I’ve seen in a very long time, and hearing these songs all together really made Diet Pepsi and high fashion hit harder

She’s very very talented, a true artist with a capital A (like professor Skye says)
I wonder how this record will grow with me, I look forward to spinning these songs all summer. They have a very strong psych pop vibe, and the production ... read more

I don’t mind 27. And I really like the hit song off here with Camila
The rest sucks

I loved this when I was like 15
Not so much at 25

Miley Cyrus - Something Beautiful

This felt like sparking glittery psych pop that dips into other genres and does them really well.
The songwriting was top notch, the melodies may have been the one weak point for me on some of these they just didn’t really stick with me but the strong tracks here are extremely strong and I respect Miley as an artist much more after hearing this.

End of the world is one of the best songs I’ve heard this year, the title track blew me away too. The Brittany Howard collab was another ... read more

This song sounding too much like wrecking ball has literally ruined it for me

Car Seat Headrest - The Scholars

The intention on this album is awesome, the execution just not so much

Yung Lean - Starz

I need to give this a relisten but I really loved this when it came out, revisiting certain songs gives me deep nostalgia and a calm feeling.
I love his voice in this album more than any of his other work, it’s very clear and clean. The vibe of this album feels very spacey and soft; which is a sound you don’t get too often from Lean but is a place where he really excels.

The strongest aspect of this album to me are the melodies, there are some really strong and catchy parts of ... read more

The most fun album I’ve heard in years. I love this so much

Phoebe Bridgers - Punisher

Just incredible. The songwriting is as good as it gets, I cry every time I listen. The song structures are simple but so effective, this record has it all.

Kyoto is an awesome fun pop song that really showcases what makes her so special in its lyrics. Graceland too and I know the end might be the best end to an album this decade.
I could talk about the technical reasons of why this album is to great for hours, but really its vibe is so strong it just speaks for itself. As a cohesive project ... read more

Resist the normalization of Nazi imagery in music, even if it’s your favorite artist

The quintessential 2000’s melodic hip hop album.

I listened to this once on dxm and it was literally perfect
Felt like the music and me became one and every sound felt like a sea of “ahhh this is just right”

I’ll never forget how strange that was. It felt like deep pure comfort, way better than the aphex twin album I was listening to prior that just felt chaotic and was scaring me

Sleep Token - Even in Arcadia

I hate this guys voice
The songwriting is truly awful.

“ 'Cause you been hittin' my phone so hard
I found it breathin' through a tube in the ICU
Yeah, I see you, the only bad baddie spinning eyes in the room
The only good girl this side of the moon And you're the only game that I like to lose”
Oh my god

It’s overproduced coworker music garbage

Fiona Apple - Pretrial (Let Her Go Home)

Great message really uninteresting song with a repetitive chorus that felt done the first time she repeated it

billy woods - GOLLIWOG

On my first listen this is my first 10 since ants from up there

My heart is pounding it’s hard to get all my thoughts together but this was perfect. Above and beyond anything I’ve heard in years, this feels like the best horror movie I’ve ever seen.
Billy woods is on another level.

PinkPantheress - Fancy That

On first impression this blew me away. This is peak pink panthress, each song was better than the last. Stars and nice to know you had me smiling ear to ear dancing,

There’s some real creativity and pop genius happening here and I can’t wait to keep listening and learn these songs.

Idk how to explain it, this vibe and this sound is just perfect.
This little album was short, sweet and a lot of fun

I actually think this is the most interesting piece of art naziye had made

"@Shayden I am a huge beach boys fan. So I’m kind of confused as to why I feel this way. It almost feels like they’re covering beach boys songs I haven’t heard before, and something about it just doesn’t maintain my interest They do have some great songs and singles though, but for a whole album I wish they had more of their own identity. Merriweather Post Pavilion is a great example of an album that takes heavy Brian Wilson influence in the best way possible but really has its own identity and creates very unique art from it. This just leaves me feeling uninterested"

"@MatveyRyazanov sounds like you, along with a lot of his fans, have your mind made up. They found book(s) with naked little boys in his room. This is confirmed. He was a grown man who had a roster of little boys that would sleep in his bed with him. There is no world where this is appropriate, He had a bell security system above the bed that he would lay with the little boys in that would go off if someone was coming up to the room. There is testimony from more than just one kid. There was a little boy who was able to identify an allopecia mark on his penis. Also confirmed, but not used at the time of the trial. Those involved with the trial believed that if this penis evidence was used in court the jury may have had a harder time."

"Listen to pink skies, oak island, 28, I remember everything and tourniquet. I was in the exact same boat as you when I found him a few years ago, I was just telling my fiance that he has 3-5 songs in his discography that are pure magic and some of the best songs anyone has ever made in country. Pink skies is probably my favorite from him"

"@FalconGM on second listen today I’m not enjoying this nearly as much as I did last night tbh so this isn’t a hill I’m going to die on 😂😂 But I still like it around the same if not more than American dream. American dream has higher highs but the love songs / sentimental songs put me to sleep. And this album is easier to just put it on and drive bc it stays kinda menacing the whole way through until the last song"

Enough to come and make a review about it and drag the whole album over one word 😂 People like you are why people want to use that word again, policing people’s speech like this will only make them want to say it more. And who knows? Maybe scrim is mentally slow and has some diagnosis so he can say it as a slur he’s recaptured. lol. Who are you to say ? Seriously"
