one of their best songs, really makes me wanna inhale oxygen.
as soon as i get my license im gonna drive through the city and blast this shit at full volume
pretty much what i expected. not the most substantial thing, but catchy enough to make it worth while. i just respect him for going in a different direction tbh, cuz i was scared this was gonna be similar to his last solo record. yeah the vocals can be weird and the instrumentals can feel a bit drawn out, but as a whole i think it stands up pretty good. mr. abstract seems to be having fun, and to me that's all that matters.
Post-lobotomy beats. When i saw the tags for this album i was super exited to give it a spin, and after a couple of listens i can confidently say that this is amazing. what makes this a truly unique record is the beats. now i'm not gonna discredit shabazz and his rapping, cuz it's great, but the beats themselves take it to a whole new level. how would i even describe these beats... their constantly looping and glitching in and out. they definitely don't stay in one place at a time, they go ... read more

No vowels in this house. This is great stuff, like it's seriously awesome. It kinda drops off a bit by the end, but the ride itself is amazing. the songs all build these great atmospheres that are dark and moody. there are punk elements, and they add a lot, but a majority of the record is just very dark dream pop. the vocals are disconnected in a way, like they're far away and close at the same time. of course they're good too, they almost remind me of the vocals from diiv. these guys are like ... read more
