Sabrina Carpenter - Short n' Sweet (Deluxe)
NR

15 minutes was fun
the extra acoustics on please please please were good until dolly parton showed up, potential ruined + jumpscare </3
couldn't make it any harder is just okay
"busy woman" layering, production, singing all on par, pretty good but 15 minutes was better
bad reviews is a cute acoustic

the cover’s so much better than the original though

Jack Harlow - Set You Free
79

everything's solid kinda enjoyed this a little repetitive but that's all i have to say jack harlow, new album, 2025, soon? tuning in once it's there but i dont know jack harlow jack harlow hajack harlow

Imagine Dragons - Radioactive (Remix)
80

kendrick's insane energy on this track complimented with the atrocious mixing leaves me with conflicted opinions. not kendrick's most lyrically dense but holy shit the sheer energy on that thing. i've always thought radioactive was overhated but the instrumentals on kendrick's verse was good (if it was properly mixed) *cough*

i hate wasted potential, that shit crushes your spirit-

femtanyl - REACTOR
75

probably not a good idea to listen to this at like, 12:40 am. i really cant sleep after this shit sounded like a triple pump espresso. cool hardcore breakbeat thingy genre idk, ill explore this artist's other stuff later

Logic - Under Pressure
NR

under pressure is up there with the greatest nine minute songs of all time

Juice WRLD - Legends Never Die
65

his best project. unfortuante that he left too soon.

NR

Kendrick Lamar - Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show
NR

he kinda went hard
we NEED that first track on the gnx deluxe

Playboi Carti - Die Lit
75

his best body of work by far

Playboi Carti - Whole Lotta Red
40

wlr redux:

project isn't bad necessarily... just that the production carries that hard. but honestly i think carti has much better synergy with filthy as his main producer

Maroon 5 - Red Pill Blues (Deluxe Edition)
NR

if sza, asap, future, and kendrick were all on one album, surely it would be legendary... right?

Maroon 5 - Will Be Loved
NR

half the songs here are great, other half were not
but overall this wasn’t needed at all. also made me feel more lonely because of Valentine’s Day. 2026 is gonna be my year

JPEGMAFIA - HAZARD DUTY PAY!
100

Beach House - Space Song
100

JPEGMAFIA - 1539 N. Calvert

On peachxoxopeach's review of Magdalena Bay - Second Sleep / Star Eyes
"@peachxoxo I could see that. but at the same time, like, it’s very hard to be original. people before you have already talked about all the things you wanted to talk about, so what else are you supposed to really say about the music without coming off as pretentious. not much, really."

On Yellowslotcar's review of Mount Eerie - A Crow Looked at Me
"@Yellowslotcar huge respect for putting your opinion out. i do agree with many points you make about this work but i see this made not only for therapeutic relief for phil, but to also to help others that are overcoming death (which, of course, is the primary reason for it's critical acclaim and widespread praise. kind of similar to what ofelectricheat said). not to generate revenue. he's been making music ever since like the late 90's, so profit was probably (hopefully) not an incentive for him while releasing this to the world."

On JC99's review of Madvillain - Madvillainy
"as an abstract hip hop album, there really is no narrative. it's a snapshot of many different ideas into an amalgation of an album. there is no definitive or unifying factor that ties this album together. as for the lyricism, i'm not sure if you paid attention to the whole thing. sure, some songs touch upon common ground for many topics adjacent to many other hip hop records. i'll give you that. but saying that the wordplay and lyricism is average? come on. if you search up any video highlighting all his rhyme schemes on any song, you would see how insane they really are. plus there are so many witty one-liners i admire that you formed ur own opinion tho. it took me a full year of listening to this thing on and off to fully get it"
