The record is pretty front loaded, but it's still good and it's very impressive how, imo, this guy hasn't fallen off yet
This record is really fun. There are almost no songs I would skip, the skits are pretty fun, this is almost flawless
More interesting as a concept than as music. I love the idea of making a more modern the chronic, but it doesn't feel as if the sound has actually evolved much to reflect modern music, staying stuck in the past, where the only real example of an evolution is having newer artists like kendrick and Anderson. Paak here. The album also drags a bit. The thing is still entertaining for the most part though.
I actually like this album a lot for the most part, but those last 4 songs are unbearably boring and schlocky jesus christ
Better than the first, the first half has some great tracks like genuinely I really really liked some of those songs, but the last half is pretty eh and this thing is way too long for it's own good
The album has highs, like blazin, and lows, such as did it on em, but overall the album is bogged down by poor choruses and unfortately aged production.
