At it's core, "Especially You" a very solid tune. Some odd production choices & shotty mixing here & there but overall hard.
"Moving Away" has everything I look for in a record like this: infectious moody melodies drenched in heavenly reverbs & just enough distortion to give it an edge. Songwriting is very tight, drums sound great. Upon first listen, songs like "Gauze" and "Champ" stick out for their emotional melodies & catchy cooks while "Lily" brings a heavier, more brooding energy that is very welcome. Very good
"Unlocked" is easily the corniest Zel ever spit. Beats are out of this world.
this is fucking hilarious every time the hook hits i laugh my ass off the features are awful genuinely nothing salvageable from this!!! respectfully the worst shit i've ever heard
"fearmonger" is a bit by the numbers compared to "fishmonger" but the catchiness mostly makes up for it. "girls and boys" and "saltfields" are definite earworms that will not leave your head. "gunk" is beautiful
