My biggest complaint is the cover art doesn't fit the music

I swear this gets better on every listen somehow
Super unique, been hyped for this since RIGHT BETWEEN THE EYES dropped and he didn't let me down
Blending spoken word, ambient soundscapes, and harsh industrial noise, this album crafts a dark and harrowing atmosphere that lingers even after the final track. While unsettling, there are brief moments of calm and even glimmers of hope. It's one of the most hauntingly unique listens I've had
First listen rating/review.
Very cool album, I was expecting it to be much more aggressive and was pleasantly surprised to be blessed with some more musical aspects throughout than I had anticipated. I just kept getting more interested and listening more intently as the album went on, as each song seems to be better than the last, building on the previous ideas and adding new ones.
I didn’t mind the length or slower parts, I felt it helps build a more immersive world

I like this a lot actually. It took a while to grow on me, as I often got disinterested when listening because it sounded too similar throughout. However even through those initial listens there were a few songs that stuck with me, and as I returned to the album I would often realize that it sounded better than last time I heard it
I love picking up on new glitches and lyrics through relistens, definitely a lot more to unpack here
I don't doubt it will grow on me more in the future, but ... read more
Extremely well made album that I don’t enjoy as much as I should
Fav songs: Down, Melting of the Sun, Daddy’s Home, Live in the Dream
Shake It Up sucks. Most other songs are decent
Cover art is cool too. One of his best, which isn't saying much lol
The sample in White Girl being interrupted by him saying Molly is funny. I can see how the bad sound quality could ruin this EP for someone, but for me the roughness works and helps keep the songs interesting
Fav songs: NEVER, ghost
Solid mixtape, no songs here that I dislike. I liked it in high school and im glad to see it still holds up for me
Fav songs: I Don't Wanna Do This Anymore, Valentine, YuNg BrAtZ
I first heard Fruitcake and Cookies from a Spotify recommendation I think. I loved it and it was on repeat for a while.
eventually I wanted to hear more weird stuff so I gave the entire album a listen, and that's exactly what I got. So many songs with perfect moments in them, and Im always happy to listen to any of them
Lots of fun, many interesting ideas, and a few beautiful moments all comes together here in an excellent way
Also, the cover art is so dope

Idk. Ive listened to this a couple times but nothing really stuck with me. As an MJ Lenderman fan im kinda disappointed
(Edit): Checked back on this a year later and still didn't do much for me
Fav songs: She's Leaving You, Rudolph, You Don't Know the Shape I'm In

This is next level. Sonically it has some of the coolest and weirdest moments on any album ive ever heard. Almost every song has at least one moment where it all comes together and just sounds so sick. I love the song structures as well. Sometimes there's stretches where it seems excessively repetitive, and maybe even boring, but looking back after each song you realize it served a purpose towards the song as a whole.
This album can sound messy and directionless on ... read more
Cool. A very consistent sound throughout that sometimes gets boring, but overall enjoy it
Fav songs: Libra, Eternity or Something, Silicone

I didn't think I'd be listening to this still over a year later but something about it keeps pulling me back. Definitely get Otoboke Beaver vibes from Snõõper, in a great way. Most of the songs are great on their own, but the fun of this album comes from listening to banger after banger nonstop for 22 minutes
Lmao idk how I’ve never noticed his Covid bars on here before
