JPEGMAFIA & Danny Brown - SCARING THE HOES
96

This was my first Peggy album, and it's the safest one, in my opinion, if you want to get into him. This album introduced me to his quirky and very unique production and basically got me into Danny Brown. 100% must listen. Even if you don't want to listen to underground hip-hop, it's still a must listen.

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - I'm in Your Mind Fuzz
92

Back in September 2023, my friend recommended me this band I never heard of called King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, I was intrigued so I decided to check this album out since I really liked the cover. This album did NOT disappoint. This album holds some of their best material to date and some of their best songs as well. This album also showed that they meant business advancing and mastering the psych rock genre.

Kendrick Lamar - DAMN.
84

Amazing album from Kendrick and his most popular but it isn't better then TPAB and GKMC.

EDIT 96 -> 84
The more and more I listen to Kendrick the less I come back to this project. I think I only gave this a 96 before because it was Kendrick. Some songs feel lackluster compared to other projects but again I do think its a very good project just not close to his best with GKMC and TPAB

Kendrick Lamar - good kid, m.A.A.d city
99

The second best storytelling album of all time. Kendrick explains through his song the struggles of living in Compton while making it very self explanatory if you deep into the lyrics while making it a absolute vibe with the productions on the songs making it more catchier and replayable then TPAB imo.

While TPAB may have better storytelling if I want to vibe and enjoy the beats and production for Kendrick I will come to this album which makes it a 100.

Kanye West - Yeezus
90

Really good album only problem is I'm In It exists.

Kanye West - ye
85

All songs on this album are 10/10s besides Wouldn't Leave and I Thought About Killing You. Ghost Town is one of my all time favorites

KIDS SEE GHOSTS - KIDS SEE GHOSTS
98

The 2018 Kanye run MUST be studied because no way he made 2 90/100s back to back. Close to everything in this album is amazing, to Kanye and Cudi's rapping, to the features and the production. The only song I don't like as much as the others is Cudi Montage. 100% must listen

Tyler, The Creator - Cherry Bomb
85

This is my second favorite Tyler album and this is why. The sound in this album is amazing and actually a good starter pack for experimental. This inspired me to dive into more experimental albums like Death Grips and made me grow love for the subgenre. This album is very overhated and underrated, def check it out!

Kanye West - Graduation
94

One of Kanye's popular and best albums. Nothing wrong with the album besides Drunk and Hot Girls

Travis Scott - UTOPIA
71

Welcome back... Travis Scott?

Travis Scott finally comes back with a new anticipated album that everyone and their mother in the rap scene has been waiting for and honestly.. it's pretty good!

With interesting production from some notable people (that I won't mention). But unfortunately some songs are just completely unnecessary to the album and just feel like filler (parasail??).

Sadly, these filler songs have been a problem even on ASTROWORLD and sometimes ruin the experience of ... read more

Ken Carson - X
23

I used to like this album (gave it a 7/10 originally) but overtime this album feels like a complete mess.

Ken Carson - A Great Chaos
74

Amazing step-up from X and what got me into Ken Carson (for a short period of time). The theme of this album is very dark and unique, which matches the production (thanks to Starboy and f1lthy). It took me a while to get into first listen, but after a couple more track plays, I was able to appreciate the music, and this was one of my favorite rap albums last year!

Kanye West - Donda
85

Amazing album from Kanye but the main issue is how long the album is and tell the vision is horrible. Mostly bangers though

Travis Scott - Owl Pharaoh
45

Travis was still trying to find his sounds throughout this album and you can tell.

Travis Scott - Days Before Rodeo
65

Really cool preview of what was to come with Rodeo, like a sneak peek. I sort of enjoyed the project but some songs lack in quality compared to others, this 100% should be on streaming though.

Kendrick Lamar - Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers
90

One of Kendricks weakest albums being a 9/10 shows how good this man has been during his career. This album is a personal album to him and I like the meaning but some features don't work (kodak).

Frank Ocean - Blonde
87

Must listen album. Amazing poetry and symbolisms in this album.

Playboi Carti - Die Lit
84

die lit focuses more on vibes and energy, with its repetitive lyrics and cloud rap production helping it differ from other trap projects in the mainstream during the time.

Playboi Carti - Playboi Carti
89

Amazing and unique debut mixtape from Carti. It's a very consistent mind-numbing album and don't focus on the lyrics! It's pure vibes just enjoy it. :)

Bring Me The Horizon - POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR
89

Incredible metalcore album. My favorite parts are the guitar solo in Dear Diary and the BABYMETAL feature in Kingslayer!
