Why is the baby sad?, The music on here was phenomenal!.
No but seriously holy sh*t this was great. I was not prepared for this. Mostly because I had no idea what to expect. But also because it's 2 hours long. But I finally put my fears and doubts aside and listened to "To Be Kind" by legendary noise rock band Swans for the first time. And uh, yeah, it was like really really really amazing. "To Be Kind" is an unforgiving, cruel, often mean, and deeply beautiful ... read more
An album that leaves you emotionally destroyed. It rips your emotions and thoughts apart limb from limb, nerve by nerve, until you're just a mess of essentially nothingness, and you're just left there to feel empty. I thought my last review, the clipping album "Visions Of Bodies Being Burned" was extreme, this is just next level sh*t. Yeah, I wasn't expecting it to be this good. I mean, I did expect a detailed album that would be a unique experience. But I also know how ... read more
Wow. I mean, just wow. This album is just so damn interesting and thought provoking. And scary as hell, it makes you pretty much paranoid. But also some absolute banger tracks like "Enlancing" and "Looking Like Meat" that just blow my mind. And while yes, there are some duds. I don't care for the interludes that much, and the track "She Bad" is a little boring. Other than that all of the highs almost completely cancel out the lows. Production wise, Everything ... read more
Wow, this was good. Super creative and weirdly catchy. And it's even more impressive how they were able to fit all that into 7 songs and in just 23 minutes. Really, really great.

Great, but a little bit boring sometimes. I really like the rapping and lyricism on here. But the instrumentals sometimes get a bit dull. Still really enjoyable.

This was my first Earl Sweatshirt album, and I thought it was really, really amazing. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite jazz rap albums ever. I love the instrumentals and themes on here. Just a really enjoyable project.

Fav tracks: Cold Summers, December 24, Ontheway!, The Mint, Eclipse, Riot!
Yeah, it's great. It's all over the place, and the storytelling is amazing, and it does all this while still being able to be experimental as hell. I don't have a whole lot to say. It's just really really good and you should listen to it.

Did they sample Fortnite on the track "Fadeoutz"?. No, but seriously, this was great. Rage music finally done right and proper. This thing is fierce, unapologetic, and wild. So many different sounds and concepts on here. And overall just a blast.

Fav Tracks: Psychoboost feat danny brown, TWICE REMOVED, Professional Vengeance, Star People
Although not as good, organized, and gripping as their 2018 masterpiece "You Won't Get What You Want" LP, this album is easily more brutal and aggressive than that one. 27 minutes of pure destruction against the ear. 83/100
Fav Tracks: The Virgin, The Hit, The Unattractive, Portable Head.
Listened to it on release and forgot to review it, whoops. But overall this thing thing is great, and it only pushes Tyler’s creative focus. I was very much pleased with how thing thing turned out. Just such a great record!.
Thanks @oneword1 for the recommendation. Another great EP by Monzack. Great production and instrumentals. And like I said last time, I wouldn’t be against him releasing a full length album. Because he is a wizard when it comes to making beats!. 80/100
This is by far the most cruel, unforgiving, abrasive album from death grips. Everything about this album is mental. The rapping, the production, and the lyrics are all aggressive. It is truly a 39 minute rollercoaster of all of the meanest parts of hip hop.

Old ( By Danny Brown ) REDUX REVIEW
Original score: 75

I thought I would go back to a record i have been wanting to go back to for some time now to honor 300 followers. And it was the right choice.
How did this thing get better. I liked it way more than I did upon first listen. Especially tracks like Wonderbread, Dope Fiend Rental, and Red 2 Go. Yeah some tracks lost some points like Break It (Go) and Way Up Here. But this thing is still awesome especially ... read more
Don’t let the 19 minute mark scare you away, because this song is truly a masterpiece. There are so many different sounds and themes displayed here it is actually crazy. Every part/leg of the song is unique in its own way. The first 7 minutes building up with distant voices in the back and a variety of instruments. Then right after the percussion and guitar go crazy for their own little solo. And then it builds up again with a very beautiful instrumental. And then the last 5 minutes we ... read more
First things first, fuck Alexis.
I have been putting this album off for a while now. Mostly because of what Alexis did and also because I have never been the biggest fan of noise rock. But I finally decided to give this a try. And wow this is heavy, like really really heavy, and terrifying as hell. And since Every instrument on this album is turned up to an ear damaging volume, and also because alexis is a genuine monster, it only makes this album more wrong and scary.
One last thing, fuck ... read more
Some of the calmest music I have heard all year. Everything from the soothing vocals to the soothing instrumentals. This album feels very nostalgic in a way. And even when I do find myself getting a little impatient with the music, they always come in with some great multi-use of instruments to pull me back in. And since this is my first Japanese Breakfast album, I already have some pretty high expectations for their next release.

Although Some flows bite of more than they can chew, this thing is still super memorable. It’s Ridiculous, loud, and a lot of fun. And I would not be against these two teaming up again.
