Coldplay - Music of the Spheres
61

I once called them my favorite band...

Elbow - Flying Dream 1
65

Elbow just ain't what they used to be

Adele - 30
85

I think this may be her most consistent, cohesive, and powerful record to date.

IDLES - CRAWLER
68

I haven't dove into their lyrics, which I'm sure are as good as always. But the music here didn't connect with me as much as their past albums have .Just felt like a little more generic hard punk rock. Not necessarily bad, but didn't really stand out to me either.

Self Esteem - Prioritise Pleasure
69

This album is neither as good as the critics think nor as bad as this site's backlash to it is.

Injury Reserve - By the Time I Get to Phoenix
71

Sad when I don't like something that's very clearly good as much as the masses do. But I just don't see myself revisiting this :(

LUMP - Animal
82

I've done a poor job staying up on music this year, so just getting around to this one. Damn it's cool. Love Laura's vocals as always and production is top notch

José González - Local Valley
74

I don't think any of his albums re-invent the wheel, but he's one of the most consistent folk artists out there

72

I wish I liked this more. And while I think it's well made, I don't see myself revisiting it too much, unfortunately

Kacey Musgraves - star-crossed
68

a little sad, to be expected, but also a little boring, unfortunately

Steve Gunn - Other You
77

Another solid effort from Gunn. I feel he's been on somewhat of an upward trajectory with his recent works.

Kanye West - Donda
63

Trying to figure out why albums like To Be Kind and Have One on Me Work and then this and the Big Day didn't. My gosh there are 27 songs. It's so oversaturated. I think some of the gospel songs are ok, but it just keeps going and going, and it's just not really that interesting even at its high points

76

*whispers* I kinda like it? It's not the banger record we may hope for but it's chill and I think the acoustics complement Lorde's voice well

Dave - We're All Alone In This Together
74

The Dave conundrum: incredible lyrics but somewhat bland production and delivery.

Sarah Jarosz - Blue Heron Suite
85

Her best yet. Slower is better for Sarah methinks

Lingua Ignota - SINNER GET READY
72

The appalachian folk music tag was a bit of a stretch. I see the appeal, but not for me!

Billie Eilish - Happier Than Ever
86

Welp. I definitely fuck with downtempo Billie. Shocked by how much I liked this one

Molly Burch - Romantic Images
68

Radically new direction for Molly. Not sure how I feel..
