Overall, expectations were set pretty low for a new sound on this album. Production is great, however Nav sings the same tune on the entire album.
The Toronto rapper’s debut is a long shot at cementing his legacy that is plagued by indecision and self-doubt.
As the album stands, the Auto-Tune frenzy comes across as whining from someone who can’t — and has no desire — to help himself and seek outside assistance.
"They all wanna be me"
bruh who tf are you?!?!?!?
EDIT: Damn, I relistened to this thing and It's even worse than I remember yesterday... 20 to a 10, good work Nav, keep it up!
nav stop ruining your own beats get off them
EAT (feat. Gunna)
Champion is a genuinely good Travis Scott song, just appalled by the dude whining in autotune about dentistry making you basic on the bridge.

You can have the best producers/connections in the industry, but it doesn’t matter too much for an emotionless sounding human being like NAV. He pretty much throws away some of the best sounding tracks with his boring and AI performance.
Nav’s debut was disappointing at the time and felt like that he didn’t even care about the music. The production was basic and the lyrics didn’t even meaning anything. I would mark Nav as a mainstream sellout tbh.
I'm just fucking baffled that he's managed to release 4 more full albums after this ear cancer generator. Seriously, what the fuck are these bars. God bless the connections!
