Tied between this and Sunken for my favorite album by TP. Production is better on this one and they've definitely mellowed in sound too. Overall some nice fuzzy comfy rock music
Longer than Sunken which unfortunately means there were more throwaway songs. Still a fun time when certain songs come on
BLUE COUPE IS GOD TIER COME AT ME
I really enjoyed how they dropped this in parts every month, but I will say that the first song off each drop was usually the alpha song
This dude went to high school where I used to run track meets and he also knew my sister's college friend. All in all for bedroom pop, I dig it
So yeah it's a pretty simple record and can become a tad dull a times, but it's Clay from Twin Peaks and I do love some fun n' simple 80s inspired music to just dance to
FAV TRACKS: Violent aka Age of Consent, Red Wine, Mile After Mile, Hangover Square, Blood
The singles and previous EPs were really freakin enjoyable, but this just couldn't maintain that level so I'm pretty disappointed #notmadjustsad
Tiny hints in the background of songs of what's to come from Tyler, but a lot of kinda trash filler songs. Tron Cat is the best song on the album thooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo and Yonkers has nothing on it. Also this album kinda scares me now that I've fully listened to it.

FAV TRACKS: Yonkers, She, Analog, AU79, Sandwitches
LEAST FAV: Tron Cat
Soooo much better than Goblin & Bastard in my opinion, but a lot of that stems from me not liking the horrorcore sound. This still has those edgy lyrics and continues the story of Tyler's alter egos, but it's a lot more musical & toned down. Production is better & the themes feel more fleshed out too. This is a bit inconsistent & long though, with the last third being a bit weak. Songs like Jamba, Parking Lot, Cowboy and Trashwang could have probably all been cut since they ... read more

FAV TRACKS: Big Bag, Lights On
Yes I am a Tyler fanboy and appreciate most things he drops, but the chords, lyrics and production on this were all pretty damn good.
homemade gayness that ain't half bad...still miss degas park on Spotify though
The first drop of 3 songs was easily the best and obviously I'm gonna love Baby Boy bc it's the Let's Get Married snippet that was teased years ago. Peaches was also decent and Corpus Christi was sad about Ameer and stuff, but the rest was pretty bland and not my cup of tea and that's the tea
Okay so Speakerboxxx is pretty good but I just wasn't feeling André's singing on The Love Below. Plus I know it's a double album but 40 songs is such a large album to digest. Also never forget that Jimmy Neutron used a weird cover of Hey Ya in its movie
FAV TRACKS: GhettoMusick, Unhappy, War, Flip Flop Rock, Hey Ya!, Roses, Prototype
idk this one just didn't flow as well for me and there were a more tracks that just stuck out like a sore thumb to me. Guess that's just me though
BOMBS OVER BAGHDADDDDDDDDDDDD
FAV TRACKS: Gasoline Dreams, So Fresh, So Clean, Ms. Jackson, B.O.B., We Luv Deez Hoes, Humble Mumble, Gangsta Shit
