every song ever pales in comparison to human sadness by The Voidz. like cmon dude, THIS is peak
It was a sunny day in Los Angeles when the characters from two of the most iconic TV sitcoms, "The Big Bang Theory" and "Seinfeld," found themselves in a heated argument that quickly escalated into a full-blown fight.
At first, the dispute was just over a trivial matter - which show was better? Sheldon Cooper, Leonard Hofstadter, Howard Wolowitz, and Raj Koothrappali from "The Big Bang Theory" argued that their show was smarter and more intellectually stimulating ... read more
Goku was a legendary warrior from the Dragon Ball universe, known for his immense strength, speed, and fighting skills. Spiderman, on the other hand, was a superhero from Marvel comics, famous for his agility, web-slinging abilities, and spider-like senses. One day, the two heroes found themselves in the same city, facing off against each other in an epic battle.
Goku had been travelling through the multiverse when he stumbled upon New York City, and he was immediately drawn to the towering ... read more
childhood is thinking fall out boy is good, and adulthood is also thinking fall out boy is good. its the teenage years where you're stupid as hell
god said what if the white stripes were mid and then birthed dan auerbach
its hard to top mania but I think they're really onto something here
not bad at all just not super enjoyable for me
if you can’t get enjoyment out of gecs doing a limp bizkit-style track you must just be miserable. it’s goofy covering goofy; whats not to love?
Holy shittttttt I was not expecting this. After listening to Sunbather for a few years, I kind of assumed all of Deafheaven's stuff was like that, but oh my goddddd this is so much more melodic and beautiful. It's like all of my favorite aspects of Sunbather but with this really epic and powerful force behind it that retains some of the darkness of Sunbather, but has a sort of melancholy to it as well. Fuckkkkk dude this is awesome. That first track nearly brought me to tears I cannot lie. I'm ... read more
I meant to turn this off halfway through but I'm so glad it ended up hypnotizing me into not doing that. This is one of the most mesmerizing, noisy pieces of experimental rock I've heard yet. It's all over the place and yet it flows so well.
I get liking this album to an extent but I'm starting to think some of you are delusional. Like why does "Bike" have an 82 average score? You wanna know the first lyrics to Bike?
"I've got a bike, you can ride it if you like
It's got a basket, a bell that rings
And things to make it look good
I'd give it to you if I could, but I borrowed it"
Like yeah this is really funny and that's probably what they were going for but an EIGHTY TWO???
Yeah, I gotta agree with Fantano on this one somewhat; this album is a snoozer. Maybe my expectations were just too high, considering I've enjoyed some of Ware's other work, but damn, NONE of this hits. The majority of it genuinely just kinda sounds like really uninteresting radio pop fodder that I'd be hearing around the time the album was released. It does have its cool moments, but overall, I don't see myself coming back to any of this.
I feel so bad about this because everyone else seems to be in love with this record, but this is by far the worst Zappa record I've heard so far. It's not bad, but I guess I just don't get it. Don't get me wrong, I love goofy experimental rock (see my Black Midi ratings), but this is just a weird mix of the two that doesn't really do much for me. It's pretty obvious that this record is making fun of other styles of music at a lot of points, which usually I would love, but I don't know. It's all ... read more
