"Silver Springs" should've been included on the album, the exits over there "Oh Daddy".
If even "White Man" condemns it you know there's a problem...
First songs great, last songs good, albeit a smidgen too long, everything else sandwiched between I'm going to forget after this post goes to print.
I'll be the first to say that this was fun to listen to, I'd take this over "Loveless" any day of the week.
Bron-Yr-Aur has to be the most gorgeous instrumental piece under the sun.
Why go out of your way to listen to this when Death was better on all fronts?
I was on the verge of tapping out before the first song even concluded, not bad per se, just boring as sin.
Lacks bite outside of a handful of track, also, the muffled, compressed, production isn't a worthy adversary.
I've strayed away from rap in recent but years this is still a constant, Gangsta Gibbs is doing the lord's work.
There's not a shadow of a doubt that the title track is one of the greatest metal song's ever. But the further you go, peeling back the layers, every other song is just put to shame by Painkiller.
Timeless, captivating, and downright masterful. Those are words I wouldn't use to describe this cataclysm. I want my money back!
