Taylor Swift - The Life of a Showgirl
55

I think the online reception would have you think it's more insultingly bad, while in reality (minus a couple songs that are genuinely awful... see Wood & CANCELLED!), it's really just drab and uninteresting.

Geese - Getting Killed
90

about time that the Conga line of chickens guy work with the man that made Jesus Is The One

glaive - Y'all
95

Y’all is Glaive’s longest project yet, his most diverse project yet, and his most personal. And to top that all off- it’s his best work by far.

Frost Children - SISTER
82

Great year for dance music

Justin Bieber - SWAG II
70

And on the second day, God said “let there be SWAG II”

Joey Bada$$ - Lonely At The Top
70

Ngl UNDERWATER started playing and I thought it was a Logic feature

Sabrina Carpenter - Man's Best Friend
55

The production is good but aside from a couple songs much of this album proved to be in one ear and out the other

Dominic Fike - Rocket
60

It sounds like Dominic Fike but not in a particularly memorable way

Rich Brian - WHERE IS MY HEAD?
82

On his 3rd LP (and first in 6 years) Brian returns with a primarily self-produced record that’s both diverse and mature

Dijon - Baby
100

Boy turn off that Clairo, and put down that matcha. It’s time to turn on that Dijon and drink some beer.

Joey Valence & Brae - HYPERYOUTH
90

getting crunk in bed

Big Baller B - genre : bradboy
0

This EP is called “Brad taste fiancé leaked audio” search it up on Google!

Imagine Dragons - Speak to Me
20

If you’ve never heard this you gotta listen, it’s actually so so funny

Lorde - Virgin
75

Album itself is a good listen front to back but a lot of the songs feel like transitional moments as opposed to fleshed out ideas

DERBY - Slugger
73

The album owes a lot to Dijon but that’s not a bad thing

boylife - jones
100

Yeah this is my favorite album this year. I’ve been bumping a test pressing of it for months now. I can’t fully explain the ethos of boylife properly… you just gotta listen. It’s loud and soft and soulful and brash and just gorgeous all around. Emotional ass music.

Quadeca - Vanisher, Horizon Scraper
100

I knew it was gonna be pretty great but HOW??????

Tyler, The Creator - CHROMAKOPIA
70

grew off me unfortunately

while I continue to appreciate the storytelling on this record-production wise I feel like the BEST of what he's doing on this album can be found on his last couple albums

"i feel like the general social media response of this album kinda proves the whole "white rappers get praised for doing the bare minimum" take. if any black r&b artist/rapper dropped this album, there would be absolutely zero fanfare for it... because it's just very average."

"Lowkey the beat isn’t even that good. It’s just the bar has been lowered so much by how bad Vultures 1 & 2 were, that a half decent beat with a soul sample immediately gets glazed."

"I partially understand where you’re coming from, but the music on here is definitely more refined than the albums he’s done with similar sounds before, plus this is lyrically more personal than records like Cherry Bomb or CMIYGL by a landslide"
