I’m kinda scared to admit I’m afraid of growing up

JACKBOYS - JACKBOYS 2

This album is kinda like McDonald’s.

You’ll get exactly what you expect but it’s just okay.

As I kinda expected with this album, it’s more or less by the numbers bangers from Travis Scott and company. No new ground is being tread here, just some trippy trap music.

Justin Bieber - SWAG

Is there some hate train that happened that I’m missing? Cuz this album ain’t perfect but no way the average person on here thinks it’s below 5/10

Adamn Killa - Generational Run

Honestly just get him a better mix engineer

John Michel - Egotrip

It’s good… but tbh with how positive the reception has been, I expected something a little bit more… unique and gripping?

I think a lot of the writing and delivery is solid but at the same time, doesn’t feel especially unique. And the production, while well assembled, it at times feels like I could be listening to any post-Kanye soul sample type beat.

Definitely a very well groomed release for a relatively new artist but perhaps a bit unexciting.

Sematary - RAINBOW BRIDGE 3

I hate that I enjoyed this

Quadeca - FORGONE

twenty one pilots - The Contract

Am I bugging or are there serious digicore / breakcore elements to this???

Like the breakbeat drums, autotune bits, synth work, etc

Lil Wayne - Tha Carter VI
NR

Awaiting the YouTube “Lil Wayne x Lin-Manuel Miranda type beats”

kmoe - K1

deadair has been on an insane run this year

MIKE - Burning Desire

MIKE & Tony Seltzer - Pinball

I’m upset how much I’ve been sleeping on Mike dude

yeule - Evangelic Girl is a Gun

for some reason the singles didn’t click with me yet the moment I hear it in the full album context it’s generational

KayCyy - TW2052

Lowkey forgot this existed

Solid material, makes me a little sad that I just can’t get into his newer music

kuru - Stay true forever

I love digicore

Aminรฉ - 13 Months of Sunshine

Mind blowing? Nah

Breezy and catchy? Yeah

nate sib - for us

I see the vision, just wish some of these songs were a little more built out

Also the track with 2hollis perhaps exposes how much less impressive of a vocalist 2hollis is and feels a little meh as a result

skaiwater - pinkPrint 2

There is absolutely no way this is legal LMAO

"Lowkey the beat isn’t even that good. It’s just the bar has been lowered so much by how bad Vultures 1 & 2 were, that a half decent beat with a soul sample immediately gets glazed."

"I partially understand where you’re coming from, but the music on here is definitely more refined than the albums he’s done with similar sounds before, plus this is lyrically more personal than records like Cherry Bomb or CMIYGL by a landslide"
