This album is a place. The first track is used as transportation to this location, and by the second, you are shot into it. This place is a mystical, magical, childish, make-believe land. And by the last track, you have to say goodbye.
youtubers making serious music is always kinda scary, but this is different. pretty fun hip hop mixtape with a really smart concept. the project is split into two sides: one being his masculine side personified as "orange boy," and the other being his feminine side personified as "lover boy." so, it's obviously a problem that the first half is better than the second half, but i love the idea and this has some good songs.

my original review for this was just "oddly satisfying" but i wanna go into a little more detail. first of all, this album is exactly what an album would sound like if the phrase "oddly satisfying" had a soundtrack (with an ocean theme of course). just about every song is outlandish and odd, but too catchy and satisfying to not win me over. thank you, ween, for taking such a risk with the mollusk.
