I'm not entirely sure what to think about this album. Its instrumentals were soothing and good overall, but I don't speak Japanese so I literally have no fucking clue what she's talking about. Not my cup of tea, anyway.

I am incredibly biased on this rating. I grew up on The White Stripes and Jack White, therefore I love this album by proxy. Some absolutely stunning yet basic guitar work by Jack here, along with simple vocalization. "We're Going To Be Friends" was my absolute favorite song back in the day, and hearing it now is kind of soothing. Little did I know, more than ten years later, I would be sitting at my PC, drinking hot cocoa, and listening to some of my favorite songs in ... read more
Denzel. The decade JUST. FUCKING. STARTED. You need to calm THE FUCK down. Releasing two insane projects in this little time made me involuntarily nut. Anyway, this album reminds me a lot of Madvillainy; great flows, great instrumentals, similar first track, etc. It's pretty crazy how Denzel went from "that guy who made Clout Cobain" to "one of the best up and coming rappers out there." Okay, I think I'm starting to understand what the "acid" genre tag is lmao. I felt like I was on drugs given to me by Marshmello when listening to this. Y'know, it's too bad this album is two fucking hours long. This shit got boring quickly. I do like what I was listening to, though. I feel like I've listened to this album 1000000 times, even though I've never listened to it. There's really no other way to describe this other than "90's funk."
