Nothing but Jazz Rap bops with Pharcyde’s high amount of charisma and J Dilla’s smooth production
I gotta give at least some credit to Bieber. He was one of the first teenage singers of this generation and almost sparked a whole wave of them. But still this thing is one hell of a mixed bag

Yeah it's really solid
so lyrical, so much fun of a listen, so much replay value, so much charisma, chemistry. Pretty much everything I have always wanted in a hip hop album is in this this masterpiece of a 90s hip hop record.
