JAY-Z - Reasonable Doubt
73

A good record that may be slightly overrated, although it is still a good debut album. I felt like Jay doesn't sound like himself on this record, among others in his early days, as he is seemingly trying to steal some of the flows and sounds of his late mentor The Notorious B.I.G. Even still, this record is a good album that is worth listening to.

JAY-Z - In My Lifetime, Vol. 1
71

The beginning of the volume series starts out good, though Jay-Z really only goes up from here. I feel that Jay-Z on these early records is trying to hard to sound like his mentor, Biggie Smalls, rather than cultivating his own sound. Even with that, he's able to get some solid cuts off, like You Must Love Me and Where I'm From. All in all, this is a solid album that is worth listening to.

JAY-Z - Magna Carta... Holy Grail
57

A relatively average record that doesn't do much to hurt or help Jay's legacy. A lot of this record is forgettable, but Part II (On The Run) and BBC are some major highlights of the record. Other than that, the record is really a mixed bag that isn't really worth it unless you love Jay-Z.

JAY-Z - Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter
44

In my opinion, Jay-Z's weakest project is rather mediocre. There is really only one song off of here that is worth listening to, which is of course Big Pimpin', which absolutely deserved to be on a better record. Not really much else worth listening to after that.

The Beatles - Abbey Road
100

An absolute masterpiece of an album, Abbey Road succeeds in just about every area possible. It has hits (Come Together, Here Comes The Sun) and deep cuts (You Never Give Me Your Money) that make the album feel like the absolute pinnacle of what these four men were able to do together. This album absolutely lived up to the height and should be enjoyed by all.

The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
92

A fantastic album that is just barely short of the Beatles' absolute best. There isn't a lot to complain about on this record, with fantastic songs like She's Leaving Home and A Day In The Life. Overall, this project was highly enjoyable and I highly recommend checking this out for yourself.

The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour
90

A very entertaining project, Magical Mystery Tour ends up being a fantastic record. I really loved a lot of the cuts here, with Magical Mystery Tour, Strawberry Fields Forever, and Hello, Goodbye really standing out. This album is absolutely worth a listen.

The Beatles - Beatles for Sale
86

A great album that ends up being my favorite from the early Beatles era. I think this is probably the most underrated album of the Beatles, though I couldn't personally explain why this is so. Either way this album is worth checking out.

The Beatles - A Hard Day's Night
85

A great record that surprisingly ends up being a top 5 album of the Beatles for me. This is probably, other than Beatles For Sale, is the peak of this early Beatles sound, with a lot of interesting cuts featured on this one. Overall, I would recommend listening to this album.

The Beatles - Revolver
79

An enjoyable experience and good album that may be slightly overrated. While I think there are some fantastic cuts off of this album, there are a few drawbacks that lead this to not be a top 5 Beatles album in my opinion. Even still, this album is worth listening to.

The Beatles - Help!
79

A good album that somewhat begins the new era of the Beatles. Yesterday and Help! are two of my favorite cuts off of this record, and the rest follows suit making for a rather enjoyable experience. I liked this album and I think that it is worth listening to.

The Beatles - The Beatles
75

A good album that ends up also being the longest Beatles project. Though the project may drag in certain parts, namely in Revolution 9, there is still a lot to love from this record, with songs like Helter Skelter and Revolution 1 that really add greatly to the record. All things considered, this record is worth listening to.

The Beatles - Yellow Submarine
75

Probably the most curiosity-inducing album from the Beatles, this one ends up being somewhat of a welcome surprise. Although I came to this record looking for the Beatles, George Martin ended up being a welcome presence on the album. Still, I would have rather listened to a full Beatles album, considering the run that they were on at this time. Still, this album, at the very least the new material on this, is worth a listen.

The Beatles - Rubber Soul
71

Rubber Soul is about the same quality as albums like Please, Please Me, and With The Beatles, as it is also a good record. Nowhere Man and If I Needed Someone were two of my favorite cuts off of the album, and the rest of the album is generally decent. Overall, the record is worth listening to.

The Beatles - With The Beatles
71

Being about the same quality as the previous record, Please, Please Me, With The Beatles ends up being a good record. Although Little Child is a repulsive song in modern light, Please Mister Postman and Devil In Her Heart made up for that atrocity, and the rest of the album doesn't reach a low like that again. All in all, this is a good record and I would recommend listening to it.

The Beatles - Please Please Me
71

A good debut album from a group that would only get better from here. Obviously, Twist and Shout is the highlight track of this album, as it sounds truly unique from the rest of the pack and accentuates that old style of music. Overall, I enjoyed this project and would recommend listening to it.

Juice WRLD - The Party Never Ends
42

A pretty unremarkable and mediocre album, The Party Never Ends is not the ideal way to remember Juice WRLD's legacy. AGATS2 is probably the only good song on here, other than that there are a few decent ones, but overall the record fall short of delivering the same feeling that made fans fall in love with Juice WRLD in the first place. Overall, this is a mediocre album that doesn't do anything that's worth your time (besides AGATS2).

The Beatles - Let It Be
70

Even my least favorite Beatles album ends up being a good record with songs to come back to. Let It Be and The Long and Winding Road are two of the highlight songs off of this record that really stand out, as the instrumental matches the moment on both of these songs very well. Other than that, this record is pretty solid and I would recommend listening to it.

Viagra Boys - Cave World
69

The development of the Viagra Boys' sound continues onward with a decent record that actively displays their improvement since their debut on Street Worms. Really love Punk Rock Loser and Trogolodyte, especially Punk Rock Loser, which is constantly in my rotation. Overall, this is a solid record that Viagra Boys fans should tap in to.

Viagra Boys - Welfare Jazz
54

A noticeable improvement from Street Worms, this record sees a more fleshed out sound from the Viagra Boys, but they haven't come close to perfection yet, as the record is still average overall. There is still a lot of potential that is obvious in their sound, as there is a certain enticing feeling with this record that just draws you in. However, they still are figuring it out, and that can be seen throughout the record. Overall, this is an album I wouldn't recommend listening to ... read more
