this ep is very catchy, with great production & good vocals. and yes yes assumptions is really good, joining the choir
i feel like flyleaf is one of those more underrated bands who can juggle both hard & melodic rock, and have the result be really good. not only that, but this album has beautiful bride, chasm, again & arise, four godtier songs, so uh yeah great album
this reminds me of liminal space/backrooms type music. i like liminal space/backrooms type music
ngl 11:11 brings the score of this album down. maria usually kills her performances, but that one can get pretty unbearable at points. other than that, yeah this album's still a good listen
while i'm normally not a huge rap fan, the rappers here bring a nice flow to the tracks & dabrye knows how to make a nice beat
i'm usually not a fan of this kind of style, but it really works here, as the instrumentals are really pleasant & julie byrne has a nice voice
i've been a fan of bo burnham's work recently, and this album is pretty relatable to the current world (well, the world back when it came out), as well as just being a really enjoyable experience
i hate to rag on potentially small artists like this, but many of these tracks are just boring or straight up unlistenable. save our souls was pretty good, but the rest i wouldn't go out of my way to listen to
this is probably the most immersive album on monstercat, and i absolutely adore it
bought this on vinyl, and wow this album's pretty nice synthwave-y stuff. i prefer the digital bonus track of karova to the vinyl bonus of the title track, but still a very enjoyable listen
why are the beginnings of these songs the worst
why is this kick the worst
why are the leads the worst
why is this ep the worst
this would've been a 100 if the cassette exclusive was included on spotify & such because it's my favorite song. but this is definitely a bo2022 contender for me including the exclusive one
ah yeah this ep really slaps
disciple's been pretty meh recently, but this is easily their best ep this year
