It is indeed a veritable collection that pays homage to its original tracks with a tinge of vocal maturity after more than a decade. Those looking for a reexperience of the late 2000s to early 2010s will be surely delighted with the additional of the From The Vault tracks with its more polished production that is still thematically consistent with her trademarked Fearless sound. The sounds and production is still undoubtedly FKA twigs, and it still remains very provocative as she was. Nonetheless, it is a step closer to familiar territory.
It's warm but very familiar. Unfortunately, I found that the songwriting isn't really that mesmerizing nor immersive either.
