Overrated, he has much better shit
His previous project, Nothing Was The Same, was actually really good and had one of my favorite songs of all time on there (Pound Cake). So what does he do, follow it up with a weird project that sounds like if Trap and crappy RnB had a baby in a shopping cart and pushed the cart down a flight of stairs and into a Miami highway. A lot of this stuff is so damn boring, my hobbies have more interest than this. Now sometimes the songs are a vibe (Jungle), and the ... read more
I am not a huge fan of Drake, but this is exceptional
Apart from 1 or 2 songs, everything here is very consistent and enjoyable. The album overall sounds like a better take care with more refined production and lyrics. So I was ready to give this like a 68 until I heard Pound Cake. How the fuck did Drake go from that to CLB? He literally got one of the best beats I've ever heard, actually spit a great verse, got a feature from a rap legend and he was still able to complete, and on the second ... read more
This was life-changing
When I listened to this for the first time, I was taken by surprise. The music, the vocals, the instrumentals, everything. They all made me feel excited, content, pleased. Everything all of a sudden gave me hope. This whole album saved my life and cured my depression...
... It showed me life could be worse, I could be the person making this dogshit.
Holy Shit
This is perfection. I didn't really listen to Lupe before this other than Kick Push, but now I see why he is in everyone's top 10. Every bar, every beat, every feature, everything is perfected. People saying this aged badly need to listen to this again, this production is absolutely insane. I genuinely think this is a top 5 hip-hop album of the 2000's.

Definitely the most underrated in Freddie's Discography
If this was longer it probably would have been as good as Piñata or Bandana, but it is still an enjoyable listen nevertheless. Freddie is basically becoming Pusha T but slightly better.
Favs: 1985, Frank Lucas, Something To Rap About, Babies and Fools
Least Favs: Look At Me
Not as good as her last album, but it still holds up
Heart On Fire is one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in the last 3 years, Silhouette makes me float, and Little Sims solidifies herself as one of the greatest rappers of this era. Only complaint Is last 3 songs aren't that good.
Favs: Angel, Silhouette, X, Heart On Fire
Least Favs: Who Even Cares
Well damn, this actually sounds good
I first got into Peggy with Scaring The Hoes and thought I would give this a listen, and holy crap this is like Scaring The Hoes on steroids. Literally every song here sounds like if Queen Elizabeth starting rubbing her toes against the mic, but somehow it still sounds fucking awesome, like if the toes were made of gold. This is what Yeezus could have been.
Favs: Hazard Duty Pay, Thots Prayer, Rebound, OG, Tired Nervous and Broke
Least Favs: BMT!
Ok the deluxe gave this 20 more points
The cold blooded production parts are whole new songs, and they sound fucking amazing. You have the consistency of the original album, the features of the original album, and you make everything 10x better with this.
Favs: Walkin, Mental, Troubles, X-Wing, Zatoichi, The Bills, Every Cold Blooded Song
Least Favs: The Last
Catchiest shit I've heard in my life
Literally every track here is a masterpiece. JID's flow is insane and his lyrics are somehow better. All the beats are absolutely phenomenal, the features are insane, and his voice on Kody Blu 31 is fucking beautiful.
Favs: Raydar, Dance Now, Can't Punk Me, Surround Sound, Kody Blu 31, Bruddanem, Sistine, Can't Make U Change, Stars, Just In Time, Better Days, 2007
Least Favs: Money
I don't know what half of this is but it sounds amazing
A lot more consistent than Astroworld, the songs here are dark but still enjoyable. I wish there were a little less features though just because the best songs here are usually only Travis. Overall it's hugely better than Astroworld and almost all the songs on here are extremely enjoyable.
Favs: Hyaena, Modern Jam, My Eyes, Sirens, FE!N, Circus Maximus, Looove, Telekinesis
Least Favs: God's Country, Top Twins, Lost Forever
One of the most overrated things I've ever heard
Don't get me wrong, the first half of this is amazing and Stop Trying To Be God is Travis's best song. But songs like NC-17, Who? What?, Astrothunder, and Houstonfornification are so damn boring. The only good songs in the 2nd half are Can't Say and Butterfly Effect
Favs: Stargazing, Sicko Mode, Stop Trying To Be God, No Bystanders, Skeletons, Can't Say
Least Favs: NC-17, Who? What?, Astrothunder
Peak Tyler
He finally found a good style and delivered. This gets better and better as the album goes on, the production is insane, the features are great, everything about this is great.
Favs: Where This Flower Blooms, See You Again, Who Dat Boy, Garden Shed, 911 / Mr. Lonely, Glitter
Least Favs: Enjoy Right Now, Today
Not as bad as goblin, but a far cry from Wolf
It's a different style, which works for songs like Smuckers, but sucks for the other 70% of the album and make it really boring. The production on the worse parts of the album is really bad, and the lyrics are slightly worse.
Favs: Deathcamp, 2seater, Smuckers
Least Favs: Run, Cherry Bomb, Keep Da O's
Improvement on all ends
The production is better, but it gets old after 10 seconds. The lyrics are really improved, but there is still a lot of immaturity here.
Favs: Jamba, Domo23, Slater, IFHY, Rusty, Lone
Least Favs: Cowboy, Parking Lot, Trashwang
Never thought a song like She would be on the same album as a song like Fish
Some of the songs here are fantastic, but others I just can't look past the terrible execution. I think that its fine that Tyler wants to be edgy, but he would be better if he didn't pair it with a terrible voice and crappy production.
Favs: She
Least Favs: Nightmare, Her, Fish, Bitch Suck Dick, AU79
After years of being in the shadow of Kanye, Push finally pulls through
This is what I thought he was capable of. I mean you have the best record label of all time with the best producer of all time and one of the best rappers of this era. Everything is here, and this is a good fuck you to Drake as well.
Favs: The Games We Play, Hard Piano, Santeria, What Would Meek Do?, Infrared
Least Favs: Come Back Baby
Much better than My Name is My Name
Lot of great production, the coke rap theme is more prevalent, and M.P.A is a fucking dream song. If he does something more refined with better lyrics, it's gonna be insane.
Favs: Untouchable, M.P.A, Retribution, Sunshine
Least Favs: Got Em Covered
Most inconsistent thing on earth
Lot of raw talent here. You got Numbers on the Board with a fantastic verse from Push and Nosetalgia with that 9 and 10 bar which has like 8 different meanings. Then you have Let Me Love You which sounds like a Beyonce song with Down syndrome. This could have been better, but Nosetalgia alone gives this 10 points
Favs: Numbers On The Boards, Hold On, Nosetalgia, Pain
Least Favs: No Regrets, Let Me Love You
