My 100th rating!
For my 100th rating, I thought I'd listen to an album that I've never heard before, despite it being released by one of my all-time favorite bands. Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd. Prior to this, I had only heard two songs from this album; Have a Cigar, and the title track. Despite being a big Pink Floyd fan who has loved all of the albums I've heard from them, for some reason, I had never bothered with this one, despite it being their highest-rated on this site. But I ... read more
UGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
This is the worst-sounding corporate remix ever, absolutely despise this. It completely ruins this song and is utterly awful. Why would they ever make this? It sucks. The production and instrumental are god-awful, and the text-to-speech bot doing the voiceover sounds horrible. For an EDM track, it does NOT go hard at all. It was made purely for money to capitalize off of the band's biggest hit, and it sounds ... read more
Man... People hate fun... This song is really good! Sure, it's super incomprehensible lyrically, but dammit it's fun! Such a good 80s pop song, I really love it. People who rate this low take themselves way too seriously.
Decent 8/10
I am not familiar with Mori Calliope at all. All I know is that everyone here seems to really despise her music, which led me to think that I would probably hate this... But yeah, it's fine.
This EP is a very mixed bag. Every song has elements that I really enjoy, but are also filled with elements I hate. This leads to various tracks leaving me very divided by the end. I'm also not huge on Mori's vocals in general and think that this EP could easily be improved with better vocals since her ... read more
This is so annoying AAAGHH
Strong 1/10
A bad version of a great song.
I love Dark Side of the Moon, it's one of my favorite albums of all time. But god, this sucks. It feels incredibly pretentious and obnoxious, the instrumental; while it's fine, isn't all that great. The vocals and lyrics are terrible. There's not much good here. Overall, this is a very poor effort from someone who can do better. This reimagined DSotM is gonna be absolutely atrocious.
Decent 3/10
I grew up watching SpongeBob and love the original few seasons a ton, so I thought I'd listen through the soundtrack, as any rational person would do! This is an incredibly weird and experimental soundtrack, but every song on here is legitimately good and I thoroughly enjoyed them all! Even the songs I don't really remember or have much nostalgia for were really good. Overall, even if you've never watched the show, I actually do really recommend listening to this. It's fun, it's weird, it's a ... read more
NO!!! This is really really bad. Boring instrumental with nothing interesting going on, and super repetitive and bad vocals. This is awful awful AWFUL.
Decent 0/10
It's hard to rate this because lyrically it's absolutely beautiful, but I just don't care for the instrumental and don't really think it fits the tone.
Light 5/10
I still feel like SCARING THE HOES most appealing aspect is it's lyricism, other than that, I still just don't care for this sound. Nothing here is really all that interesting to me, and I still feel like the mixing, while it is improved on this EP, is still not as good as it could be. The opening track is really good though, the rest is just meh.
Really this just isn't for me, maybe I'm just a scared hoe.

Why does this need to exist. It sounds like every bad "orchestral remix" video on YouTube, with bad vocals over the top.
Light 2/10
This is so incredibly out-of-touch musically and morally. Making a terrible pop song to "honor" your dead friend while simultaneously profiting off of it. This is pretty bad.
Sorry to all the Swans haters out there, but it's time I leave the group. I am a Swans believer now! I actually can't believe it, this album made me like Swans...
I really did not like To Be Kind, I thought it was dull, bland, and most importantly, boring. While I appreciated the instrumentation and production, I thought the songs were way too repetitive, drawn out, and lyrically poor. I saw that all of Swans' other albums were very similar to that one, and I just assumed that Swans wasn't my ... read more
Today, I thought to myself "Ah, what a nice day, I have nothing better to do with my day, so I'll listen to an album today! What should I listen to?" I logged onto Album of the Year and saw what new releases there were, and I saw everyone talking about this new 6ix9ine album. The album was getting overwhelmingly negative reviews, and honestly, I haven't heard about 6ix9ine in years and forgot he even existed. I thought to myself "Oh, this album's only 30 minutes, and it's a Latin ... read more
The first track, Ride Into The Sun, is a simple but fun hard rock song that Def Leppard is known for. The production on the track is admittedly pretty dated, but it's not bad, and I think the production works well with the song and is honestly endearing.
The second track, Getcha Rocks Off, is another fun hard rock song, but with admittedly pretty bad production. The vocals sound really bad and the production sounds very dated, but not in a good way like the last song. It's not bad, and it has ... read more
A beautiful send-off to Taylor Hawkins and Virginia Grohl. While I'm not too familiar with the Foo Fighters' discography, I can easily say this is the best I've heard from them. Amazing and heartfelt lyrics, smooth and beautiful production, with some great instrumentals that feel much more unique than their previous stuff, despite still having elements of that 90's post-grunge sound that they're known for. A great album front to back, love every song on this.

Kanye's part is bad, Fivio's is mediocre. Whole song is terribly produced and feels very segmented.
Decent 1/10
I cried 3 times during this album.

I feel like I just time-traveled back to 2008, I can't say this EP has aged very well. This bumps super hard in the whip though.
