10 good songs. 3 bad songs (drunk face, lonely, & play this when I’m gone), and interludes weren’t needed 🤷🏽. This is a very good album with nostalgic like pop rock with early 2000s and late 90s aesthetics. I also like him being open about weed and mentioning it in lyrics (I’m a huge sucker for weed songs) even though no weed songs he mentions blunts and smoking. Also being high makes this album 10 times better!
I highly suggest this project. Also I’m very ... read more
12 good songs and 3 bad songs. I LOVED this album and I’m so proud of her. She did not do bad this album. I like the songs Show me love, Jill Scott, 3 hour drive, so done, Gramercy Park. Jill Scott is probably gonna be on repeat. Also she did not disappoint because this album has 90s and 2000s vibes! That’s all I’m asking for and I’m glad she did that. Y’all should buy it and stream it.
This is her only solid project with 10 good songs and 3 bad songs. My favorite song is ‘More than material’ I love the 2000s type drums on this album.
10 good songs. But I don’t visit it as much. I need to though. The first song is a bop.
Only 2 bad songs. But however sis purposely made a song that sounded like the 70s. Called We Might Even Be Falling In Love (Interlude) and sis is teaching them girls how to do it!
Only 7 good songs because of the gold flow, and 90s/2000s type beat: GP4, Celebration, Open Mic\\Aquarius III, Soul Food II, man i is, DadBod, & A2Z. But I will say the lyrics on DadBod where really cute & personal and I fucking love that shit 💚 it was personal and he rode that chill ass beat. He should’ve collaborated with Erykah Badu but who knows maybe he’ll come out of retirement.
Only 3 good songs and it sucks because if the rest sounded like the good ones it would’ve been a better album. Beef Flomix has that 90s vibe. Pockets Bigger has that 2000s vibe and a good song. Than May I has that 2000s vibe and a little 90s. It kinda sounds like a missy song! But that’s it. She has potential she needs better producers. Like Timbaland.
Only 3 bad songs. It’s a good EP with 5 good songs and should’ve just been 5 good songs. HEAD OVER HEELS gives me early 2000s vibes.
Kinda her weakest. I hate trap and 808 and I only thought 2 songs were decent. The white tee one of it only had less autotune. I agree with someone who said this. It’s mostly the mean who are into rap that are kinda making her music sound generic. If only she did a song with an actual good prouder like babyface or Fredwreck or Jermaine Dupree. Looking at half the people who produced this EP like Aubrey “Boobie” Robinson who has produced some of her best songs like ... read more
This could’ve just been an EP. With only 6 good songs. The songs Ooh Laa,Action,I Do, One Life, U Move, I Move (feat. Jhené Aiko),& Remember Us are the only good songs with the retro best and vibes.
Such a huge downgrade with this. Only one good song. ‘Bet’ sounds the least generic and actually sounds like RnB. If the other songs sound like bet it would’ve been an good ep. instead we got trash. Tf dude!
This could’ve just been an EP. with only 6 good songs with the Doja cat feature and surprisingly a Lil Durk feature I assumed was gonna sound like a generic trap song. But to my surprise it wasn’t. How ever the rest are generic and underwhelming. If they had songs like the ones and I mentioned and songs like Come Outside, Double CC's, That's My Bitch, & Ain't Sayin Nothing. Those are those stand out tracks with an amazing sound.
Now this was a good album. 16 good songs. 5 bad songs and a song that had me conflicted. I wanna talk about LGBT artist working with homophobic artist for a min. Now Boomin had the artist missy and future. Teyana and Missy has good chemistry in the song. But future ruined this track for me and I wish she just took him off. He didn’t add anything to the song other than his generic auto rap and bars. If you are gonna work with someone homophobic make it an artist who’s actually ... read more
Literally only 3 bad songs I was really hoping I could give this 100. I had expectations for this album. I assumed it was gonna be the same underwhelming trap beat RnB that I despise. But Forgive me, Do it, & ROYL are the only bad songs with the generic trap beats and lyrics. The other songs remind me of good ole classic RnB from the 90s and 2000s and dare I say 60s and 50s. Why not make an album like this girls and take out the only 3 bad songs? That’s what I would ask them. But I ... read more
